70 years Israel was exiled.
490 years is Daniel's 70 times 7.
Between the 69 sevens and the final 7 is the church age.

The math behind Revelation 2:10, Endure 10 days in prison, receive the crown of life.

10 days is not long compared to the crown of life as the length of the great tribulation is not long compared to 1000 years.

3 lengths of the tribulation are 3.5 years, 1260 days and 42 months.

the math proportion crown of life equals 285714, 793650 and 238095.
the 6 digits repeat.

285714 divided by 23 gives 66 digits that repeat with 888 in the 30th - 32nd digit.
888 is the gematria of Jesus name in Greek.

2857.14 divided by 80 = 35.714 which is about the number of Israelites killed in Joshua 7:3-5 (about 36).
It may be Jesus' age when he was crucified. If this is so, Jesus was born on the 117th day of the Jewish calendar (Our July 18). He would have been born in 5 BC in the summer. Our calendar skips from 1 BC to 1 AD, the Romans nor the Jews had a number for nothing. We learned about zero from the Arabs.

285714 divided by 95 has 18 digits with Methuselah's age when he became a father and his age when he died.
30075187969924812
Enoch was translated when Methuselah was 300.

The answer repeats as 20307518796992481
When Methuselah was 81, he had 888 years to live. Noah will be born in 288 years. (subtract 369 from Methuselah's age of 81)
369 is 187 plus 182, the ages when Methuselah and his son Lamech begat a son.

I conclude, the bible does not say, that 2030 represents the church age.
The days of the church age are 2030 times 360 = 730880.
The gentile years of the church age are 730880 / 365.25 = 2000 year plus 300 days.

My initial attempt to interpret these numbers, I thought the 30 represented the about age 30 that Jesus started his ministry in Luke 3:23. Then the 2030 would represent the years after his birth but that time has passed.

2030 = 29 times 70.

the 14th generation, Eber lived 430 years after he begat. The Exodus was 430 years after Abram received God's promise.

the 13th and 12th generations lived 403 years each after begetting a son.

the 17th generation, Serug lived 230 years total.

the 16th and 15th generations lived a total of 239 years each.

the 18th generation Nahor begat at age 29. He lived 119 years after he had a son. He lived 148 years total.
Coincidence, Israel became a nation in 1948 AD.

the 19th generation Terah begat at age 70.
29 times 70 = 2030.

Daniel's 70 times 7 plus 70 times 29 = 70 times 36 = 2520.
360 times 7 is the time in days of Daniel's final seven years.
And may be be the length of years from the end of the 70 year exile to the return of Jesus.

The 2520 years will be in 2036 AD since Jesus was crucified in 32 AD on the 14th day.
Add 2000 years plus 300 days is 49 days after Hanukkah in 2036.
Hanukkah is in the 9th month the 25th day (day 265 on the Hebrew calendar.) 1 Maccabees 4, 2 Maccabees 10
Jesus celebrated it. It is called the festival of dedication in the winter in John 10.

I have no idea if Jesus will return on the day that I interpret according to the math.
I think the math in Holy Spirit inspired. 2036 is 88 years after 1948.

238095. the two and a half tribes lead Israel across the Jordan River when they entered the Promised Land.
The two and a half were 23% of total census in Numbers 26.
what would be called the nine and a half tribes were 80% in Numbers 1, the first census.
40 years wandering in the desert separate the 2 censuses.

The church age is eternal....

Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesusthroughout all ages, world without end

The church age as we know it wil end one day, the church will not, it will (as that passage says) be through ALL AGES (included the church age)

I cannot get past the world without end which is applied to the previous two statements......I know it is a common teaching that it will end...I used to believe that, but after grammatically tearing that verse down I no longer buy that.

Jesus started his church to bring glory to the Father.....we are priests and kings unto our God and the glory that is directed through Christ and his church will endure throughout ALL ages and in a world without end......the very truth of that last statement means that it goes beyond this world which will end and eternity is identified as the age of ages.....

just my view and saying.....no biggie

All I am saying is this age as we know it will end, when christ either (depending on what view you follow) at the rapture, (pre trib) after he sets up his kingdom in Jerusalem, (post trib) or when we all meet up in heaven, (no trib or kingdom, ie, ammilenial view) and start a new and glorious age.

I think we may interpret tyhe words church age differently..that may be all..lol

IMO the Church age or the time of the Gentiles is from about 28 AD to 1967 AD. This is not intended to suggest that the Church is now defunct! It means that that in 1967, God began to shift his focus from the Gentiles back to Israel.

From another [IMO equally valid] perspective the church age will continue until the rapture even though the 'time of the Gentiles' has ceased.

This is a reference to "the Dispensation of the Fulness of Times (which is also in Ephesians). But "when the fulness of the Gentiles be come in" then the Church age will come to a close on earth, culminating in the Resurrection/Rapture. It is significant that there is no mention of "church" or "churches" after Revelation chapter 3.

That in the dispensation of the fulness of times he might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven, and which are on earth; even in him:... And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. (Eph 1:10,22,23)

The church started at Pentecost (Acts 2:38) when Peter first used the keys to the kingdom (repent and be baptized). This is when Christ’s Church was established, and will remain unchanged until His return. The church is His body, and also referred to as His Bride. From the moment the first soul got baptized into Christ, until eternity ends (never), Christ’s Church will rein and remain with Him.

The time of the Gentiles will never cease. That’s like saying, “Until pigs fly.” (pigs will never fly). Or better yet like saying, “Until God stops loving His people.” (That’s a long wait, cause God will never stop loving His people.)

I don't believe you clearly understand "the times of the Gentiles" or "the fulness of the Gentiles". The "times of the Gentiles" refers to the period starting with the Assyrian captivity and ending with the purging of Jerusalem by Christ at His second coming. The Gentiles (Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Graeco-Macedonia, and Rome) were given power over Israel by God because of the disobedience, rebellion, and idolatry of the Jews.

Currently the Palestinians occupy portions of Israel, and the Temple Mount has been desecrated with the Dome of the Rock and Muslim worshipers. But all the Jews will be purged, redeemed, and regenerated after the second coming of Christ, and Gentiles will no longer be allowed dominion over them. Neither will there be a Dome of the Rock, since God will establish a pure and holy temple in Jerusalem.

"The fulness of the Gentiles" refers to the total FINITE (yet beyond counting) number of Gentiles which will be saved and brought into the Church, after which the Church will be taken out of this world. The Church is primarily redeemed Israel (the good olive tree) into which the Gentiles have been "grafted" as branches from the "wild olive tree".

In my book the time of the Gentiles started when God took away the Israelite’s physical birthright to be God’s people, and switched to spiritual adoption- by which even Israelites must be grafted back into their own vine. This inclusion of the Gentiles will never end. God does throw us curveballs because He wants us to study.

For example, He says “The cattle on a thousand hills are Mine.” Does that mean the cattle on hill #1,001 are not His? No. Why then doesn’t He just say all the cattle are His? Because He wants us to think. The time of the Gentiles will never end, even after the earth is destroyed and physicality is no more.

Greetings Enoch987,

The math behind Revelation 2:10, Endure 10 days in prison, receive the crown of life.

All of your mathematical calculations hinge on Rev.2:10 being interpreted other than in the literal sense. Below is Rev.2:10:

"
Do not fear what you are about to suffer. Look, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison to test you, and you will suffer tribulation for ten days. Be faithful even unto death, and I will give you the crown of life."

Looking at the scripture there is nothing in the context that would lead the reader to anything but a literal interpretation. To be clear, the ten days, are a literal ten days directed at the actual church of that time. When interpreted literally, all of those mathematical calculations come down like a house of cards.

To interpret the verse as having some hidden mathematical meaning, would be the same error that as has been made with Peter's mention of "a day with the Lord is as thousand years and a thousand years as a day."

Regarding the question of "how long is the church age?" It ends the moment that the church is caught up. There is no way to mathematically figure that out and that because Jesus said that no one would know the day or the hour of His return.
