lots of wolves here will try to discourage you...

1.

john 6
27 Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

28 Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?

29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

_______

2.

Ezekiel 36:26
26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.

1 Samuel 16:7
7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.

___________

3.

1 peter 1

3.Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

_________

4.

1 john 3

2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

romans 4

3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness.

6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works,

7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered.

8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin.

6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above

7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Hi Monnkai...I have just come out off what you are going through , and believe me when I say it is from the enemy...

Two days I was in despair , I know I am a child of God , I gave my life to Jesus just over two years ago , and yet before I was saved I suffered with mental illness and I know the evil one looks for cracks in my mind because my mind used to be so sick ...Ii got into the word today , I needed the bread of life Jesus to feed me , and as He did He also gave me water , living water that refreshed me...

When you come under attack , open the bible and find the Scriptures for comforting yourself with His word , it is the only way to get relief no matter what anyone else tells you , we have to open the bible and get fed ourselfs...

After my anxiety attack was so high , I was believing I was not saved , although in my heart I know I am , but still that voice would not leave me alone , the only way to squash it was running to Jesus to soak in His truth...

We are young in the Lord , and God only knows how much we need Him , keep your armour suit on and hold that shield high to protect you from the darts that the evil fires at you , it is a horrible battle , and when I get like that , I sometimes wonder if I am getting an episode of my mental health coming on as sometimes I can not tell the difference , but only through reading Gods words I come to know that it is for real the evil one and then God restores His peace that surpasses all my understanding...Sent with love to you...xox...

Acts 16:25-31 my friend.

John 6:37 is a PROMISE from Jesus Himself.

Rest easy.

I think a changed life is a very good indicator. You have probably noticed God working in your life since then.

Saved from what to what? Why saved?

Truthfully, anyone who gets anxious about not being saved, is probably saved, but if you don't understand what "saved" means, you will always wonder if you are.

And that's not such a bad thing. Not wondering, or not caring is when it gets bad. I wasn't sure for so long that you haven't even lived as long as I was unsure. I've been saved for close to 46 years now, and yet didn't know for-sure until about 10 years ago.

So what does saved mean? What were you saved from? And what are you delivered into? (BTW, this is not a test. You do not get brownie points for the right answer, nor do you fail and get left behind if you give the wrong answer. I'm really asking if you know what it means to be saved. Because many people throw that word around without ever getting it means the same word we find in the dictionary.)

Yo, dude! Anxiety! It doesn't come in rational. That's why it's called anxiety! It's a feeling. Feelings don't have to be, and aren't, rational. That's why God gave us a mind to think out the feeling. Oh, and he gave feeling to react before we think stuff out. (Flight or fight reflex.) All because some of us (me) don't think quickly enough to deal with things on a purely brain mode.

Anxiety is fear in overdrive. It is real, but when you can't figure out a reason for it, then it's something to consider. And considering you just did that very thing, consider you're working just right.

And after salvation we have been equipped by GOD unto good works.

Romans 12:1-2
King James Version(KJV)

1.)I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.

2.)And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

There's "a way to know" for instance do you find somethings you use to do revolting or meaningless?
Do you want to serve God/Jesus and can you at the least tell yourself that you are unshamed to believe on him?
Most importantly have you confessed to God that you believe all his son did for you and have you asked God humbly and sincerely for your soul to be saved?
if you can answer yes to all of this especially the questions concerning Jesus then you are Saved.
