Depleted,
why are you hostile towards everyone in the thread!?
No one is conspiring with anyone against you, please calm down and stop being passively aggressive towards us.
I think she is trying to "protect" you and is overreacting.

You seem perfectly able to speak for yourself and though we may have some miscommunication issue due to language and the internet medium we use to converse, I believe we are still able to convey the important points.

I really do thank God that He called you out of Islam and pray that He reveals the answers to your questions:

How can I be baptised? How do I find fellow Christians to worship and learn from? How can I do God's work when I fear for my life and that of my family? Will i need to give up my name so as not to be labeled as a apostate Muslim and be hunted down and killed? Should I leave the country or go some place that people don't know I used to be a Muslim?

I don't have the answers to those questions and I will not try and defend myself or my actions.

I understand how we can change our minds and what we want as we ask tough life changing questions. We seek God's will and out our trust in Him. He guides and protect us. Will pray that His light shines brightly in your life and reveals your next steps.

Everyone gets persecuted, be it for their faith, their lifestyle, etc etc...and the bible does say that Christians especially will be persecuted...
But Not everyone has fear that they could DIE for their beliefs.

WOULD you be willing to go to Egypt and preach to Muslim women about Jesus and the gospel?

Yes we all have trials, but we should not minimise others pain. I know you have a big heart and normally very loving.

Can you imagine if your own family would kill you for accepting Jesus?

I have had friends whose family have disowned them, reject them but none that goes as far as to be threatened with death.

If you want the linguistic opinion of men then know that they are many, however, the legislative meaning of sinning is of three types willful, forced or not knowing it is a sin [ mistake], and the answer for all three is one repent with all the conditions necessary for an acceptable repentance.

Actually, they're conspiring against you. This is a common thing on this site. If the person is new, suspect the person is playing games. Trolling. (Warning: bad language used, but it's the most accurate definition I could find.) And they are doing that passive-aggressively, so you won't notice, unless you are a troll. But, yeah, three people, (now five), have been saying you aren't who you appear to be, and signaling that to everyone else who has been around here for a while.

It's a quiet little thing, but they're warning everyone else that you are a troll. It's a thing on here to catch new people in possible lies so no one ever believes the new person. It also works well, to come up with a reason not to support the person, just because they're new.

Me? I'm not passive-aggressive. I'm just aggressive.
if i thought he was a troll I would have stated it flat out.

I think he is a man being torn between the need to preach about Jesus and share the new found freedom and wisdom he just gained with his very real fear of death.

I also think he has to be pretty smart to have a law degree and that God will bring people in his life to teach him sound doctrines so that he can call out more people from the bondage and fear found in Islam.

If someone says something that doesn't line up,i don't go around hinting about it. I just ask them straight up and they either explain what they mean or they blow up and start attacking.

I based rather I keep talking to folks based upon their response. Yes it's a test and I don't know or care how many people thought I was a troll when I first came. I do know that Zone and I had a head to head for months but in the end I came to respect her as a beloved older sister.

Iron sharpens iron reference means that we need to make sure our words convey exactly what we intend them to say and also that our doctrine is based upon the Bible and not wisdom of this world or what other men have taught us.

Hay burning up is a reference of anything that is not of God will go through a refining fire and that we all allow what is not God's will for our life to face away and die or burn up to ashes.

Do you hold and preach a sinless perfectionist doctrine?

How is one "forced" to sin?

If you don't know it's a sin,how do you learn it is?

Do you believe not speaking about Jesus because you might be killed for converting from Islam to Christianity, a sin?

Do I hold and preach a sinless perfectionist doctrine? Absolutely not perfection is an attribute of Jehovah and it is not shared with any of His creation ] [ Lying is a sin however to save your life it's legally permitted and after you reach safety you repent ]
If you don't know it's a sin, how do you learn it is? Usually, when a person treads on a path of seeking knowledge He / She learn that some things they are doing are sins [ eg. usury [ bank and student loans, dating, celebrating Xmas etc ] If that is the land of the land how can it be a sin?.

Since "persecution of Christians" in free countries means "people will not take me seriously," how about people understand what real persecution means?

[h=1]Christians in Egypt face unprecedented persecution, report says[/h]And do understand that's what happens if you're born into it and your church is coptic.

It's worse if you aren't born into it. They usually tolerate the ones who can't help themselves, they were just born that way. The ones who are born-again have the audacity to show the Koran might not be true. AND, they don't have church buildings to lock themselves into them, because no one dares say they are believers out loud.

We're not talking "he was mean to me" persecution. We're talking first century Roman persecution. It means losing your family, have trouble finding work, or even working since so many simply will not accept you for any product or service needed, and being ignored as a student. At any moment, you could be killed.

I really did think you were joining in on the troll-hunting party. Sorry about that.

As for iron sharpens iron? I see that one used on here most often like two Spartans going on at each other with their swords. If someone comes along without their sword, watch out, because both will slice and dice, then ask questions. They assume it's a place to attack only, and may the best man win... at all costs!

Hay burning? Something to do when the field is harvested. I've never lived where hay is the plant to grow in vast quantities, but I've grown popcorn and have been in corn fields often. John 44 strikes me as June-corn. (Around my neck of the woods, "thigh high by the fourth of July" gives some indication how far along a corn plant should be. Ears don't even appear before August. Not ready to harvest until the last half of summer.) Burn hay when it's ready, but John is still young enough to protect, not measure.

I really am sorry I misjudged you. I can guarantee at least one other was going for the throat intentionally though.

You've read that post on the other forum about how that woman was treated by so many on this site? (I'm not sure you read the whole thread, but worth reading just to see how well CC does troll-hunts.) It was starting to happen here too.

All I keep thinking is what it must be like to live in a country that truly does persecute Christians like the word "persecute" really means, and then come here for help and get the 21st-Century, New-World version of "persecute" thrown at you, too.

Wow, I’ve been away for 12 hours and now this has turned against me somehow
wow !
well, first of all..... MDiv is a Master degree, which is education; however, i truly have never heard of the word “educational training”, idk what that is and i asked him to elaborate!
secondly, when Mr. Waggles asked me if I’m seeking to
immigrate and i said no, it’s because if i dont want to immigrate and live as an immigrant if i had any say in the matter, WHO WOULD WANT TO !?
But i have to immigrate and study the MDiv in order to serve, its my dream to serve and if i serve God here im gonna get persecuted.
Thanks for answering. Sorry if you feel attacked.

Just to be clear, if you had a choice you would stay in Egypt and preach about Jesus there but you are scared that you would be murdered if you did?

It is so easy to misunderstand via internet. We don't have facial expressions or body language to give us clues.

There is no misscommunication here.
John44 is being deceptive.

No one who has had there life threatened Muses such over the internet in the manner that has been out forth.
This has become a serious issue over the internet.

The enemy is subtle in sowing tares,..

Disgusting foul birds are marked for destruction and there will be no Pity.

If you are wrong and he is telling the truth, what would the consequences be?

If I am wrong, then I look foolish and he gets a laugh. I am okay with that, I would rather believe he is honest and telling the truth and be made to look a fool, than to falsely judge someone who is need of help and prayers.

It reminds me of the story of the good Samaritan and how folks would justify not stopping because the guy hurt might be faking being hurt so that he can rob them.

Matthew 5
40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well.

our observance of 'good samaritans' has diminished day by day as hub and I age - especially
when we have to go out of our home and 'deal' with today's deceived...

I often wonder who would grieve more, Paul or us???

I read and seen videos that the jews treat Christians even worst in occupied Palestine, they bomb their homes and business they treat them as if they were Muslims .... I use to think when I heard The Zionist took more land from the Palestinians they were talking exclusively from Muslims until I looked at the facts that millions of Palestinians are Christian ..

Hello my fellow believers,
I lived as a Muslim for many years; However, It’s been months since I’ve been reborn into the one and only truth that Jesus is our Lord and Savior. I saw Jesus, he spoke to me clearly in my sleep for many consecutive nights and in my mornings it’s also clear that a higher being is helping me in every step. The more I surrendered to Jesus’s eternal love, the more i realised that he is the cure to every struggle i ever had. God is love and love is all I’ve seen from Lord Christ. Thus, i decided to start missionary work in Egypt, where i live.

I tried spreading the word of God, all i have for others is love and i want everyone to be saved just like I’ve finally been saved; Nonetheless, my country has a great Muslim majority and the punishment for apostasy in Islam is death. Needless to say, many see me with eyes filled with pure hatred and even intent for murder.
Out of fear for my life i stopped preaching the word of God, out of fear for my life i stopped admitting that Jesus is lord because otherwise, they would kill me or my family and even go as far as block your bank accounts and all that you own.

I truly love God, i wanna spread his word, i wanna show others the truth i have seen after many years, i truly want to serve but there’s a struggle within me, it goes as follows :

A- It’s unacceptable to denounce Jesus for he has said
For whoever is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in the glory of His Father with the holy angels." (Mark 8:38).
"But whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 10:33)

B- It’s wise to follow God only in my heart in the times of persecution and murder for he has said

“When you are persecuted in one place, flee to another. Truly I tell you, you will not finish going through the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.” (Matthew 10:23)“Behold, I am sending you out as sheep in the midst of wolves, so be wise as serpents and innocent as doves. ( Matthew 10:16 )

..........
I’m asking for your prayers and advice on what to do next......
i know it’s a great sin to denounce Jesus, i want to become a pastor, i want to do ministry work; However, persecution is a real problem over here. Help.
Its nice to meet you, brother. :) I will pray for you tonight.

Keeping silent and renouncing Him are two different things.

You are not keeping silent because you are ashamed of Him. This is the verse: if any man is ashamed of Me and my words...
You are not ashamed - you are frightened.

There is a verse in Amos about prudent men keeping silent because the times are evil. You are a frightened and prudent man, not a man who is ashamed of your Lord.

This is how Satan ties us up in knots. By using scripture wrongly, to accuse us.

Keep silent and rely on God to show you where to go and what to do and when to speak. He may not even want you in missionary work. He may want something very different for you. You have to keep getting to know Him better and waiting for Him to bring you to the circumstances He desires for you.

Just wait for Him.

You have absolutely no idea what I do. You just go on assumptions. Erroneous assumptions, I might add. To me, iron sharpens iron, means that the more we learn and prepare, the better off we'll be. :)
To me "iron sharpens iron" means as brothers and sisters we build each other up, give each other strength and learn from each other.
