No, I haven't read your profile. I am afraid you're not that interesting.

So who is this Messiah you speak of?

“And this is the testimony: God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life. I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God so that you may know that you have eternal life.”

Do the devil know Jehovah is Lord, Master, and Owner of all that exists? Do you know that Jehovah is the everliving never dying the First and before Him there was none, the Last and after Him, there will be none?

So, you do not believe Jesus was God? Or, do you believe Jesus died on the cross in our place for our sins?

Just trying to pin you down a bit more. Hard to refute someone who won't stand firm about what he believes.

Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven
and on earth has been given to me."

Why do you just figure people read your profile?

Am not One
Is the capitalized "One" you referring to yourself? Hmmm...

to place any of the prophets ahead of Jehovah in my life ...
You are aware that the Christ of the NT is Jehovah of the OT, correct? No? You don't know this, right?

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word
was with God, and the Word was God.
John 1:1

The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us.
We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son,
Who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:14

Exodus 6:3
And I appeared unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob, by the name of God Almighty, but by my name, Jehovah was I not known to them. Jehovah is Jehovah , Moses is Moses and The Messiah is the Messiah [Matt.6-
[SUP]7 [/SUP]But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking. [SUP]8 [/SUP]Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him. [SUP]9 [/SUP]After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. [SUP]10 [/SUP]Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. [SUP]11 [/SUP]Give us this day our daily bread. [SUP]12 [/SUP]And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. [SUP]13 [/SUP]And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen.

A repost of something I wrote on the name Jehovah, which comes from the tetragram YHWH.

"YHWH - in Hebrew, (Jehovah in English) means I AM. God told this name to Moses.

"Then Moses said to God, “If I come to the people of Israel and say to them, ‘The God of your fathers has sent me to you,’ and they ask me, ‘What is his name?’ what shall I say to them?” [SUP]14 [/SUP]God said to Moses, “I am who I am.” And he said, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘I am has sent me to you.’” [SUP]15 [/SUP]God also said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel, ‘The Lord, the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, has sent me to you.’ This is my name forever, and thus I am to be remembered throughout all generations." Ex. 3:13-15

When the Old Testament was translated into Greek by the Hellenistic Jews, the phrase "‘I am" was translated as ego eimi - γώ εμι for Exodus 3:14.

Now, in the New Testament, Jesus says the same thing about himself in 8 statements in the book of John.

John 6:35, for example says "Ἐγώ εἰμι ὁ ἄρτος τῆς ζωῆς·" I am the bread of life. But please notice, he does not say Eimi, which would be the normal way to say "I am" in the rest of the Bible. Jesus specifically uses the sacred name of God, to refer TO HIMSELF.

Here are the other places where Jesus uses the "I AM" meaning "YHWH."

John 6:35, 48 I AM the bread of life
John 8:12, 9:5 I AM the light of the world
John 8:58 Before Abraham was, I AM
John 10:9 I AM the door
John 10:11 I AM the good shepherd
John 11:25 I AM the resurrection and the Life
John 14:6 I AM the way, the truth and the Life
John 15:1 I AM the true vine.

In each of the above statement, Jesus is identifying himself as God. This is proved by the response of the Pharisees.

"So the Jews said to him, “You are not yet fifty years old, and have you seen Abraham?”[SUP]58 [/SUP]Jesus said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I am.” I and the Father are one.”[SUP]5[/SUP]9 So they picked up stones to throw at him, but Jesus hid himself and went out of the temple." John 8:57-59

"[SUP]31 [/SUP]The Jews picked up stones again to stone him. [SUP]32 [/SUP]Jesus answered them, “I have shown you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you going to stone me?” [SUP]33 [/SUP]The Jews answered him, “It is not for a good work that we are going to stone you but for blasphemy, because you, being a man, make yourself God.” John 10:30-33

Why would the Pharisees want to stone Jesus for the crime of blasphemy? Because he was making himself out to be GOD!

Now either Jesus was lying, in which all Christianity falls into ruins, or Jesus was telling the truth, that he was God.

Here is a link which refutes the heresy of the JW's using the above verses. They are the leading proponents of making Jesus from being God to being "a god" which is polytheism, anyway. Either he is God or he is a man who lied, or was delusional about being God.

John 10:30-33, What made the Jews want to kill Jesus? | Christian Apologetics and Research Ministry

I have some other things I can post about the Greek of John 1:1, if you are interested in hearing more about this topic in the original languages.

I can absolutely assure you, that if you know Hebrew and Greek, Jesus is God. English says it too, of course, it's just that some people don't see it very clearly!

John 5:45-47

Do not think that I will accuse you to the Father: there is [one] that accuseth you, [even] Moses, in whom ye trust. For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?

What am aware of from the scripture is
Matthew 26:39
And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt. My English may not be as adept as your's [
as I will ], and [
but as thou wilt ] describes two wills even if you say one will a 1000 times a 1000 different ways...
