Here is the way I see the order of salvation.

Foreknowldge
Predestination
Election
Union With Christ
Calling
Regeneration
Faith/Belief
Justification
Adoption
Sanctification
Perseverance/Preservation
Glorification

Foreknowledge, Predestination, Calling and Glorification. Romans 8:29-30 “For those whom he foreknew he also predestined to be conformed to the image of his Son, in order that he might be the firstborn among many brothers.30 And those whom he predestined he also called, and those whom he called he also justified, and those whom he justified he also glorified.”

Union With Chirst and Sancitification, Ephesians 2:4-10 “But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Regeneration and Justification Titus 3:4-7
“But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared,5 he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit,6 whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,7 so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.”

Foreknowledge, Predestination, Election, Adoption, Union With Christ, Calling, Faith/Belief,
Perseverance/Preservation and Glorification. Ephesians 1:3-7 “Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love5 he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.....

11 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will,12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory.13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,14 who is the guarantee of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it, to the praise of his glory.

Foreknowlege, Predetiation, Election, Union With Christ and
Glorification. Romans 9:11 “though they were not yet born and had done nothing either good or bad—in order that God's purpose of election might continue, not because of works but because of him who calls”

Foreknowlege, Predetiation, Election, Union With Christ, Glorification, Calling, Regeneration, Faith/Belief, Justification, Adoption, Sanctification and Perseverance/Preservation all prepared and done before the foundations of the world. Revelation 13:7-8
“Also it was allowed to make war on the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given it over every tribe and people and language and nation,8 and all who dwell on earth will worship it, everyone whose name has not been written before the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who was slain.”

All was accomplished in Christ in His suffering and death on the cross and foreseen before the foundations pf the world, this is why OT saints could be saved y believing in the coming Messiah and we are saved by believing in the Messiah that came. I believe that the Union With Christ is one f the most forgotten doctrines, yet one of the most beautiful doctrines. It is because of our Union With Christ that these doctrine can be applied to God's people before the foundation of the world.

Please do not twist my words a person still needs to repent and live out the Christian life to show that they are one of God'speople I John 2:19
“They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would have continued with us. But they went out, that it might become plain that they all are not of us.”

In the same way that those that do not stay with us in this life of suffering for Christ, those that never join in the race or fight as Paul put it. We look to John's word's knowing that those that do not stay were never of us we can also deduct that if they were never with us they are not part of God's people or part of the elect.

I know what I have written here is not on the list on that website, so I do not know where I fit, but I have always said I am not a Calvinist nor an Arminian either, I just believe in the Bible and what it says and teaches. I know I am on the boat and those on the boat are saved, we all need to have our faith in Christ and Christ alone, being justified by faith alone, relying on grace alone, using the Scriptures alone to the glory of God alone. I just hope that I stay on the boat so I can know that I truely am of the household of faith.
Well, you know where I stand, so no purpose in me running down my list.

But honestly, this was more about getting salvation isn't one little moment in life. It's a big thing with multiple words needed under it. And I just wanted people to think over the words so they don't keep using the wrong words, and they do start thinking about all God has done/is doing/will do for/with his chosen ones.

What order do people believe? As long as it's not the Catholic version or the WoF version, it's fine with me. I won't be surprised when we're face-to-face with him and we all smh on how off we were. lol

That article has Calvinist leanings.

I don't remember reading anything by John Wesley about "foreknowledge" or "conditional election" and believe they are added beliefs not held by most Methodist.

Here is an article that explains the order of salvation from the Wesleyan tradition

The Order of Salvation in John Wesley’s Theology | Dane's Place

Typically the list would be:

Previent grace (which includes people hearing the. Gospel message)

Justifying grace by accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior

being born again also referred to as being adopted into the family of God

Sanctifying grace by learning to walk with the Holy spirit

Glorification (only happens after death and upon ressure tion of New bodies)
BTW, Ariel. Did you know you can fix the article? Any one of us can. Just check out the "talk" page, and have at it.

John 11:25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?
27 She saith unto him, Yea, Lord: I believe that thou art the Christ, the Son of God, which should come into the world.

Joh 12:32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

John 16:7 ¶ Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment:
9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more;
11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.
12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now.
13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

Building on the word of God leading us to a saving knowledge of Him.

For the cause of Christ

I heard a man say it this way once: We were saved(justification), we are being saved(sanctification), and we will ultimately be saved(glorification)!

I agree with that %100. I believe there is a definite point in our life that we go from being lost to being saved. However, we ain't on streets of gold just yet! So I like to say that when you obey the gospel (death, burial, resurrection = repentance, water baptism, Holy Ghost) you are in a saved "condition." If you continue in obedience to the scriptures, you will ultimately be saved.(Entrance into Heaven) Until then, fight, fight, fight!

Well it is made by "sinful people" so who know!hahaha hahaha.
There is the answer, "it is made by sinful people" that does not make it demonic, because demons do not make you sin, we sin because we are sinners that is why we need to repent because we are responsable for our sinful nature. The devil or demon did not make you do it you did it because you love to sin. The Bible calls the devil the acusser of the Brothern, but the devil is saying to God those people that you have saved blame everything on me instead of repenting from their own sins, they keep blaming it on me as if I could make them sin.

Many of you have never heard oƒ the Flip Wilson Show, he made the saying "the devil made me do it" popular, the sad part is that Chirtians use that phrase as doctrine as if the devil could make people sin.

At Salvation, one is Washed, Sanctified, and Justified (1 Cor. 6:11). Sanctification makes one clean, while Justification, being a legal Work, declares one clean.

where in this world do you think that 'sin' comes from, and why would any one voluntary go along
with and consent to do demonic things??? while all while expounding their un-failing Love for God???

some people, according to the BIBLE are either 'demon possessed, or influenced by demons'... until AFTER Conversion!
read your Bible, from the beginning until the end...

At Salvation, one is Washed, Sanctified, and Justified (1 Cor. 6:11). Sanctification makes one clean, while Justification, being a legal Work, declares one clean.
Or declared judicially to be righteous or "Not Guilty". And the remission of sins happens at the same time.

It should be noted that Calvinists REVERSE the order of salvation and claim that sinners are regenerated even before they have repented and believed on Christ. While that fits into their theology it contradicts Scripture.

So you know me and you know I have not read the Bible from beginning to the end? Here's what I will say to you understand your Bible from beginning to end, wheather a person is demon possessed or influanced they are responsable for their is because sin because they do not make anyone sin. Man sins because it is in their heart he speaks the evil that is in his heart, Matthew 13:34-35 “You brood of vipers!

How can you speak good, when you are evil? For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.35 The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil.”

The Bible is clear as to how and where man's sin comes from. Romans 5:12-14, 18
“Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned—13 for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law.14 Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those whose sinning was not like the transgression of Adam, who was a type of the one who was to come....

18 Therefore, as one trespass led to condemnation for all men, so one act of righteousness leads to justification and life for all men.

Sin came into the world by one man, not by demons or satan and even the Scripture that says we fellow or are influanced by the prince of the power of the air Ephesians 2:1-3 “And you were dead in the trespasses and sins2 in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience—3 among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.”

Sure sinners follow the prince of the power of the air, but we sin by nature and carry them out because it is the desire of our body and mind, not because of satan or any demon influance or possession. When reading the Bible we really need to understand what it is teaching, not looking for what we believe it says and focus on that part of the Scripture and understand what it teaches as a whole, not just a part of the Scripture. Many people that hold to the satan and demons cause man to sin, read Ephesians 2:1-3 the way you seem to view it, foucusing on the phase "prince of the power of the air" but over look that is man nature, his own desire of his body and mind that he sins. If satan and/or demons caused man to sin these Scriptures would of been the perfect Scriptures to teach that doctrine, but it does not teach that. We as human beings are responsable for our sins.

One more thing, Jousha did not ask the Jewish people to chose the Lord or the false way of demon spirits, here is what he said Jousha 24:14-15
“Now therefore fear the Lord and serve him in sincerity and in faithfulness. Put away the gods that your fathers served beyond the River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord.15 And if it is evil in your eyes to serve the Lord, choose this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your fathers served in the region beyond the River, or the gods of the Amorites in whose land you dwell. But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Jousha never says anything about, "the false way of demon spirits" as a matter of fact Jousha only mention of evil is serving the Lord in tier eyes. One other thing I have noticed is you place a high view of demon spirits because you capitalize demon and spirit showing that you have a respect for them or place a high value on them. Brother you really need to stop your
infatuation with satan and demons, it is unhealthy for a believer in Chirst, we need to be in love with Christ and focus on Him and Him alone.

I have a question for you, do you talk to satan or demons when you pray? I used to bind satan and demons that did not exsist, like the spirit of adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like? They are not demon spirits they are the works of the flesh. Galatians 5:19-21

“Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies,21 envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.”

As I mentioned I used to be like that, until I started to focus on the Lord and what He wrote in His Word about who He is and what He has done for us and His great love with which He loved us in our election and His grace. Ephesians 2:4-10
“But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us,5 even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved—6 and raised us up with him and seated us with him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,7 so that in the coming ages he might show the immeasurable riches of his grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.8 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,9 not a result of works, so that no one may boast.10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.”

Look for His love and grace for you in His Word so you can fall in love with Him by learning about how He first loved you and you will love Him for all that He has done for you. I John 2:19

“We love Him because He first loved us.”
