Cornelius - Acts 10:3 He saw in a vision evidently about the ninth hour of the day an angel of God coming in to him

Cornelius was not born again until 4 days later.

Sure. The unsaved have been seeing visions for ages. For Scripture, see the vision of the Witch of Endor.

of course Jesus has already 'pre-ordained' those whom He knows will serve Him with their whole hearts:
and of course, they were 'carnal 'before He called them to do His Will and Works, just like all of us who
where partakers of this 'fallen-world' before we were 'called-elected-chosen'...

s

Yes- that’s why Joseph was summoned from prison- to interpret Pharaoh’s dream. (Whether a daydream or a night dream, they are visions).

God can use anyone for His own glory. Consider Nebuchadnezzar who was physical representation of antichrist, he saw countless dreams about the end times and even God calls him His servant.

We know from Scripture the satan is the counterfeit. The witch from Endor brought Samuel up from the dead to speak to King Saul. The seven sons of Sceva were not prophesying from G-d, but out of the flesh, so the demons attacked them. And all of them fled out of the house naked and wounded. Pharaoh's magicians mimicked G-d's plagues. Revelation lets us know Satan can even raise the dead; the false prophet dies and he is raised up again. But to actually answer your question, I do not know of a specific Scripture about visions. But this could go so many places.... I believe the preponderance of the evidence supports visions can be demonic too. WHAT I BELIEVE IS IMPORTANT IS DO WHAT SCRIPTURE INSTRUCTS US TO TO.... TEST THE SPIRITS!!!! G-d does SPEAK OUT LOUD in visions and prophecy today!!!! HE DOES RAISE PEOPLE FROM THE DEAD, EVEN TODAY, JUST LIKE HE DID AROUND 5,000-2,000 (OT/NT) YEARS AGO!!!!HE HEALS, GIVES DREAMS... G-d will NEVER give something new ... vision... whatever form.... IT IS FINISHED!!!! If it is not in HIS BOOK, all 66 books..... IT IS NOT OF G-d!!!!And I promise you this they are the only one who has ever seen it, it is not of G-d. The Bible tells us there is nothing new under the sun!!!! And if you have to pay for something, it is not of G-d. Y-shua FREELY WENT TO THE CROSS, if you have to pay for services now IT IS NOT G-D!!!!

Pagan king Belshazzar see's a sign from God..

Daniel 5: KJV

1 "Belshazzar the king made a great feast to a thousand of his lords, and drank wine before the thousand. {2} Belshazzar, whiles he tasted the wine, commanded to bring the golden and silver vessels which his father Nebuchadnezzar had taken out of the temple which was in Jerusalem; that the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, might drink therein. {3} Then they brought the golden vessels that were taken out of the temple of the house of God which was at Jerusalem; and the king, and his princes, his wives, and his concubines, drank in them. {4} They drank wine, and praised the gods of gold, and of silver, of brass, of iron, of wood, and of stone. {5} ¶ In the same hour came forth fingers of a man’s hand, and wrote over against the candlestick upon the plaister of the wall of the king’s palace: and the king saw the part of the hand that wrote. {6} Then the king’s countenance was changed, and his thoughts troubled him, so that the joints of his loins were loosed, and his knees smote one against another. {7} The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And the king spake, and said to the wise men of Babylon, Whosoever shall read this writing, and shew me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and have a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom. {8} Then came in all the king’s wise men: but they could not read the writing, nor make known to the king the interpretation thereof. {9} Then was king Belshazzar greatly troubled, and his countenance was changed in him, and his lords were astonied."

Visions are manifestations of the spirit. The only question is, which spirit(s)?

I was getting dreams from God warning me of my impending doom before I came to Christ.

Edit: haha! Autocorrect put because instead of before.

Do you know that a man who is not save or born again can see visions? Yes or No. Back your answers with the scriptures.

Jesus tells us that in the last days, "..........and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:" Acts 2:17

"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:" Joel 2:28

If you look back to Joel 2:1, you find the Lord was talking to Zion and about the coming "Day of the Lord" So this puts this time period within Daniel's 70th week. Why...Israel is blinded right now... When the fullness of the Gentiles happens and It is Raptured (removal of the Restrainer);

God will again put his full attention to Israel and to be blunt...'Put them to the Wall in order for them to see Him as the Messiah"

I took the long way around to answer your question.

The Lord is not specific about those who are part of the Church. However, from personal experience, the Lord leads, protects and teaches us in many ways. He uses just as many ways to make that contact with us sometimes on a daily basis.

Hope that answered your question and a little extra?
