I agree most are in spiritual bondage to satan. Even our culture tells us we are.
Almost every book on the market is full of the ways of Satan altho scripture tells us to put clean things in our mind.

We do not have one celebration that God has directed us to have, Instead, even Christianized ones are filled with remnants of paganism like Easter eggs, ham for Easter dinner, rabbits for easter, trees at Christmas, commercialism, Santa Claus, or Halloween witches.
Family is part of our humor, but never about love, support and fun. "The Waltons" was the last of good family and they are being made fun of because they didn't show enough of the seamy side of life. M0ther-in=laws are a national joke.
I went to the school to protest a sexy book that was required for my son's reading as a freshman in highschool. Their reaction to my protest had me wondering if they thought of tar and feathers for me.
Churches speak often of how Christ saves, they speak often of grace. I haven't heard the word repent in church for years. No one speaks of living for the Lord, something we choose to do. They ask if the Lord has saved you, something God does. They don't ask if you are working to keep your life free from sin, something we should try for. They ask if Christ has forgiven you.
