I heard about this bill and even Snopes is misleading people about it, there is an article about the bill even in The Federalist. Didymous stop attacking your fellow Christians! Saying that homosexuality is a sin, is not judging the one who practices it or supports it, it is saying what God says on that matter and ultimately we need to be on His side, not the world's side. Would you the same argument against John the Baptists condemning the sinful relationship between Herod and Philip's wife, Herodias? What about Jesus condemning what the Pharisees were doing? He was not saying it to judge them (they were already judged) but to expose in love that they did not know God, even though they claimed to follow him and his commands. Also, it is loving to share this with love, respect, and not hatred toward that person who considers themselves LGBTQRSTUV.... While it is true that we must talk about Jesus, we do not need to always talk about Jesus but allow our actions to speak as well. What OneFaith is doing is letting her actions and words speak loud about her Christian faith. While I would not necessarily do or say what she said, I do believe as she does and always cringe when I have to speak the way the world wants me to speak. I only do it because 1) I have a job that I want to glorify God in, 2) To be a light in the darkness to my non-Christian colleagues, and 3)No one else at work that I know of is really a Christian a lot of the people are religious and being compromised by the teachings of the world and not what the Bible says on the matter. God bless. Keep fighting the good fight CS1 and all Christians in the state of California and elsewhere.
I'm very frustrated with what is going on in Washington with all of those against our President and his administration and the whole put America first agenda that I support 100%.
The Democrat congress and the weakling Republican congress is doing things I never thought would or could be allowed. Good is called evil and evil is called good. This has been going on for years but with social media we are more aware of what is going on and more able to vote with more accuracy.
But the more I look into this politics business the more it's obvious that we are fighting against the darkness void of any light and Jesus won that battle. The wisest thing IMO to do is to pray in the spirit and worship and thank God He knew all this would happen and made provision for us all. The evil would and could overwhelm us all but because of Jesus it can't.
Another thought is I believe God has placed key Christians in Washington all around President Trump who I'm praying will come to know Jesus. It's so good to hear Sarah Sanders and her dad speak up and share Jesus along with Vice President Pence and his family and so many we have no idea about have actually brought the name of Jesus to the White house much to my shock during Easter.
The name of Jesus and even any references to Christianity were just about all banned under Obama. Have to laugh at how at one time Hollywood was very involved in Washington., and today one of their own is fighting against them. God has a sense of humor. We need to pray that Jesus is preached boldly as this mess in America is going on. Actually this same mess is going on all over the world and we are all involved in this battle. Jesus is Lord!
