* except for in the book of Psalms.

those are meant to be individual songs, and meant to be ordered in sequence, which does imply an ordinal numbering.
Psalm 45 is divinely inspired to be the 45[SUP]th[/SUP] Psalm

The book of revelation is not really what you take the literal meaning, I think most of it is metaphorical.

So it is fallible and has errors?

For example the Old Testament.

First church and apostles used text we do not have now. It was very close to Septuagint, but protestants decided to use Jewish Masoretic text instead. And this text is frequently different.

Conclusion: Either we have fallible OT or the first church with apostles had. Both cannot be without error. But both can be fallible.

It matters not what portion is literal and what portion is symbolic or metaphorical.. It is still true and the inspired Word of God..
