THE UNIQUE PROPHETIC CALLING
Having studied in Makerere University, (Uganda); University of Nairobi, (Kenya); Ben Gurion University of the Negev, (Israel), University of Haifa, (Israel), and University of Giessen, Institute for Genetics, (Germany), Dr. Owour set out to specialize in molecular genetic engineering, examining DNA cloning and nucleotide sequence analysis for medical drug design and discovery. His interest in this speciality was driven by the advent of human genom mapping which opened up a great treasure in molecular medicine for future disease therapy, especially in cancer and HIV/AIDS. This is an area that has attracted interest among pharmaceutical companies especially when he was examining transcriptional factors for the regulation of gene expression in medical intervention through delivery of small DNA molecules and proteins for medicine among patients.
Upon completion of his Doctorate from Mount Carmel, Haifa, (Israel) Dr, Owuor joined the University of Illinois at Chicago Medical Center (UIC), Center for Pharmaceutical Biotechnology as a Post Doctoral Fellow specialising in signal transduction by Cancer Chemotherapeutic drugs. During this time, he examined the role of tamoxifen as a chemotherapeutic drug targetting breast cancer and the signalling pathways that are involved. He also lectured to Ph.D graduate students in the Pharmaceutics & Pharmacodynamics and Drug Metabolism by Cancer Chemotherapeutic and Chemoprevention Drugs Programme of the UIC Medical Center. He specialised in teaching Onco-protein networks and especially mitogen activated protein Kinase networks as potential drug targets in future anti-cancer drug design.
He further joined the Department of Pharmaceutics, Earnest Mario School of Pharmacy, The State University of New Jersey (Rutgers) and Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences Institute, (EOSHI) of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) where he looked at the relationship between green tea Polyphenols and Phenethylisothiocyanate (PEITCs) in Apoptosis (self-suicide) and Cancer Chemoprevention. Dr. Owuor also examined the role of nuclear related transcriptional Factor-2 (NrF2) in the regulation of phase 2 drug metabolizing enzymes and cellular defensive mechanism in humans. He developed research interest in examining the role phosphorylation of the newly discovered Extra-cellular Regulated Kinase 5, a sister pathway to the ErK1,2 pathway necessary for tumor proliferation. During this time, Dr. Owuor was able to elucidate the link between p38 cell death and suicide pathways, and especially the MKK6 oncoprotein and ErK5 defensive mechanism. To put it in lay man's terms, this kind of cross-talk between defensive and cell death genes, complicates cancer therapy and leads to the death of cancer patients. This cross-talk also results into cancer drug resistance and therapeutic by-pass, therefore making this a very significant finding in cancer research. He also collaborated with several pharmaceutical companies. In one such collaboration with Centacor in PA while examining the drug quinacrine and its potential to target cervical cancer in humans, he discovered the signalling pathway leading to the death of cervical cancer cells. This has a great significance in cancer therapy since quinacrine had only been used as an anti-malarial drug used as a chemotherapeutic adjuvant.
Dr. Owuor was further appointed Research Teaching Specialist in the Division of Surgical Oncology, The Department of Surgery, the Cancer Institute of New Jersey (CINJ)-UMDNJ-RobertWood Johnson Medical School). After this he was appointed a Consultant Specialist in cDNA micro array analysis, in Forensic Toxicology and Aircraft Accident of the Civil Aerospace Medical Institute (CAMI). During this time, Dr. Owuor was more interested in developing fine molecular signatures for normal and impaired human physiological performance in the cockpit during operation of an aircraft. He also examined the role of alcohol and drugs abuse in impairing human physiological performance in the operation of an aircraft by commercial airline pilots in Civil Aviation. At the CAMI, Dr. Owuor published in international medical peer review journals such as Aero Space Medical Research R&D Bulletin, carcinogenesis, Journal for biological Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Research Journal of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists, Biochemical Pharmacology, among others. It was during this time that The LORD GOD called Dr. Owuor to serve King Jesus. The LORD called Dr. Owuor from his job to tell the four corners of the earth to turn away from sin and prepare the way for the Second Coming of Christ, The Lamb of God. He has given various major prophesies which have come to pass and changed the course of events on this planet earth. The last one being an Asteroid that was coming close to the earth which Dr. Owuor prophesied on February 9th 2009 and aired it live on JESUS IS LORD Radio in Kenya. This mighty prophecy was promptly fulfilled twenty-one days later on March 2nd 2009. It was astonishing to see Asteroid 2009 DD45 covered by all Global News Networks on Monday, March 2nd 2009 having passed within 38,000 miles of earth, which was far too close to the earth. The prophecy specifically mentioned that the Asteroid was going to be clearly visible from Australia by name and shockingly, the Asteroid discovery was made in Australia. Other prophesies that have been fulfilled include the 2004 Asian Tsunami, Earthquakes in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Russia and Iran; America's Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma; Floods in eastern Europe, Mombasa, Australia among others. He shocked the nations when he prophesied the two Afghanistan Earthquakes on Saturday October 21, 2005 at Machakos a small Eastern town in Kenya, and these earthquakes happened in 24 hours on the October 23, 2006. He also prophesied the asteroid that came close to the earth on the September 29, 2004 with sharp precision to the date, and also the eclipse of the moon and the sun that took place in October, 2005 among others.
THE MIGHTY VISITATION
The LORD GOD called Dr. Owuor when he was at the peak of his career in a Mighty Visitation of the Holy Spirit on the July 3, 2003. In that visitation, The LORD GOD appeared to him, and wrote for him Isaiah chapter 43 verses 11 and 1 (in this specific order), and HE physically touched Dr. Owuor's mouth and lifted him up, took him into another room within his house and then left him there, from where he walked back to his bedroom. In October 2003, The Lord appeared to Dr. Owuor again, this time with Prophets Moses and Elijah on one side of the Ark of the New Covenant of The Lord GOD in heaven, while Daniel was on the other side of the Ark of the New Covenant of The Lord GOD. This was followed by another Mighty Visitation, in the same month at 3:26am in the morning when The Lord GOD presented to him the Rod of Moses (Rod of GOD). Furthermore, on April 2, 2004 between 2pm-4pm, The Lord appeared to him and presented John The Baptist on his right hand side and The Holy Spirit spoke to Dr. Owuor by voice instructing him to go warn the four corners of the earth to repent in Christ Jesus and prepare the way for the Second Coming of Christ, The Lamb of God. This was The LORD GOD's commissioning statement to Dr. David Owuor. A statement that turned his life around and put him on the road to preach repentance.
These Mighty Visitations were followed by another one, in which The Lord lifted him up and took him into His Throneroom in heaven in which He spoke with Dr. Owuor again By Voice and showed him the Holy Bible that is inside the Ark of the New Covenant of The Lord in God's Throneroom. Then lightening hit the Holy Bible three times inside the New Covenant of The Lord thereby causing a quake of the Ark of the New Covenant of The Lord in God's Throneroom. The Archangel then asked Dr. Owuor to pray and immediately he said "Father, I come to you with a lot of praise and thanksgiving in the Mighty Name of Christ Jesus. . ." Then the Glory of The Lord came through the Golden walkway and sat on the Mercy Seat on the Ark of the New Covenant. The place is most Holy causing the two Cherubim of Glory to bow behind the Throneroom at which place Dr. Owuor saw the River of Life flowing into the main street of the New Jerusalem and the Tree of Life on both sides (Other things cannot be discussed at this time).
Ever since then, The Lord has repeatedly spoken and shown Dr. Owuor The Rapture of the Church and the Second Coming of The Lord and how they will take place. The Lord has commanded him to preach Repentance and Holiness and completely return to GOD in order to prepare the way for the Second Coming of The Lord. In meetings at which Dr. Owuor preaches, many signs and wonders are displayed by The Lord including the appearance of unique rainbows, the massive outpouring of the Holy Spirit that slays many people bringing healing and deliverance, the healing of the lame and crippled walk, cancers disappear and many other miracles. In so doing, The Lord is demonstrating the Power of Repentance and Holiness in Christ Jesus. Dr. Owuor has been involved in the massive National Repentance and Revival going on in Kenya.
On June 5, 2005, Dr. Owuor shocked a gathering of thousands at Kakamega Bukhungu Stadium, Kenya when in an open, sunny, broad daylight, he stopped preaching and started saying "I see rain falling here and it is a Holy Spirit rain." and suddenly he pointed at heaven and said "Listen to me heaven, listen to me the earth, I speak the release of the four white horses here, right now." The shocker was that in less than one minute heaven obeyed and opened. Instant heavy rain poured only around the stadium. The Lord used to essentially repeat the event on 1 Kings 18 when he sent the Prophet Elijah to restore the Altar of The Lord. See below picture in sequence before, during prayer and after heaven opened and the rain came down. The Lord has also used him to repeat this opening of heaven in Njoro, Kenya when there was a massive drought hit the Nation, thereby releasing rain all over the country, in this year, 2006.
