Since Jesus has put this on your heart, I will rest this in Jesus.
What I had hoped to witness to is that we all are a work in progress, and all carry the truth in Jesus in our hearts.
I often wonder though, if much of the disputes are more about the fact that we cannot be face to face, unable to see the eyes and hearts of each other.
We see each other only in part, thus no one knows the whole of each other, and often fills the gaps with assumptions.
I know , I will always hate seeing disagreements, simply because I see so much of the good each person here carries in Jesus.
I have always seen that if we can establish the places we agree in Jesus, we can better discuss the concerns, then share each witness and understanding better.
But you are correct, it is funny how the name for the post is the very perpose and gift in Jesus, yet we can still find ways to bring division.
But Jesus did say He would bring this as well.
I do sometimes wonder, how much is simply our abuility properly define the word.
I know I often have difficulty understanding simply because I can only read so much before words start to look scrambled, I also have difficulty wording the wonder and greatness in Jesus, of God Our Fathers glory.
I was reading in 2 corr. again last night, where Paul spoke to how we can only keep trusting in Jesus, that His Holy Spirit is that which brings all to good, while we continue to die to the flesh, the Holy Spirit taking all , we cannot make sence of, and bringing sence and life in Jesus.
That is what one's faith, hope and love looks always to.
