yeah, i stay away from things like this.don't want to contribuate to their profits.i do recommend "the last exorcism" .really makes you think.

There are some many sensationalist "Christian" films and books. Most are just trying to achieve a Christian audience.

I havn't read the book or seen the film, but have heard that they were dipicting Jesus as being married to Mary Madgeline and that she was the one that washed his feet. They dont even realise that the Mary that washed his feet was a different Mary. It was Mary of Bethel, Lazarus' sister. John 11:1, Luke 7:38.

Even though this story was grossy fabricated, it did however create a type of cult following, causing some to sway to this new concept.

Why cant anyone make a movie that depicts the whole message of the bible and Jesus with truth and conviction? Even the Passions of Christ movie didnt relay the full message. The crucifixion side to it (the whole movie) was highlighted and very upseting, but the message of why this came about and the hope after his death didn't come accross to the audience.

I guess thats why we cant mix spiritual things with Holywood, as it can be easily corrupted.
