So who wont be your judge? And i must add that questions like these may not be able to be answered by us fully. Sometimes only Lord knows the answer to things like this...
along with that we should not be worried so much if we are going to be rescued from hell. Do what is right by God in order to not be there in the first place......when you think about it, it is not very hard to please God. once he dwells within us he sets us free from the flesh so it becomes easier to follow his word.

To be right with God we must get right with Him on earth,while in the flesh,for on earth is where God prepares a people that made the choice to love God,for then it is true love.
It is on earth that we have to have faith to believe in a kingdom we cannot see,and hope for it,and learn to love to be in that kingdom.
All sin resides in the flesh,and we can be saved because we can put off the flesh.
If a person dies in their sins,there is no flesh that they can put off to be saved,but will be tainted in their being like a devil is tainted in their being.The devils cannot be saved,because there is nothing to put off,and a person that dies in their sins,there is nothing to put off to be saved.
God is love but some would disagree.
My brother used to go to Church and like it,and liked to serve the Lord,but went astray,and thought why he has has through the trials,for he thought it was not fair.
Some might say why did create mankind if some would be lost,for they feel it would have been better for God to never create anything,for to create mankind and some be lost,but like Paul said God can do what He wants,and can the clay say to the potter what do you make.

i understand what you mean and where you are coming from, however would you be better off not created? life itself can testify that God has shown mercy to the entire world because it has been sustained. even though millions go against him every single day and pierce him through his heart. imagine your children constantly disobeying you and hurting you so deeply to a point where you feel like you could die. then realize God DID do this. he came and saved us. why question your existence? are you not happy with the fact that you exist in the first place? life would not make sense if everything was easy. and HE even said that coming to him will make your life harder, "for the life on the right path is narrow and full of hardships, and the path of sin is wide and clear, but leads to destruction of your soul."
