You hung on the cross for me
You did not have to go with the soldiers but You went willing
That gave me the will to choose
You were rejected and abandoned by Your friends
That lets me have healthy relationships
You were despised and abused
That lets me be accepted and praised
You were accused of untrue things
That lets me walk in truth
You were disfigured
That was for my health
You were whipped
That was for my transgression
You were bruised
That was for my iniquities
You were punished
That was so I can have peace
You did not open Your mouth and speak out
That lets me speak with Your authority
Your father turned his back on You
That was so I can be accepted by him
Your father was please You died
That lets me be reconciled to him
You were the blood atonement for me
You were the substitute for my sins
You were resurrected so my spirit could be born
JESUS YOU DID ALL THAT FOR ME
Thank you Jesus ...

Greetings "Broken B4 My Jesus"

Thank you for posting this valuable piece, which helps us to realize that what Jesus accomplished on the cross affects every part of reality in our lives.

"The Cross is the generative principle of everything Christian in the life of man."

Friends, The people of the world need to know Jesus. They need to appreciate how much He loved them (John 3:16). God so loved the world that He gave His only-begotten Son. God did not spare His Son. Jesus died willingly, as Sovereign God, He had a choice. He choose to die so that sinners who repent and believe in Him may live again, and have a new life in Him. In Erie PA Scott R. Harrington
