If we read the teachings of Jesus, which are found in Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, we will discover that we all have plenty of work to do. It serves no purpose to make up a lot of other rules to follow. When we do, we are just like the Pharisees.

Absolutely! How much more do we need than "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."? (Paraphrase) Or, "Love the Lord with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and will all your mind; and love your neighbor as yourself."? (Luke 10:27)
