Dear Wakeup, A future 1000 year reign from earthly Israel is definitely not in the works, as God is no respecter of persons, and in Him there is no Jew nor Gentile, and the covenant based on an earthly Jerusalem has been transcended and fulfilled in the Church of the New Testament, and a future beyond the presentf time in New Jerusalem, not in earthly Jerusalem. All of God's promises to Israel are Yes in Christ, not in the land of Palestine. Land of Israel. National Israel needs to become part of the Church to be saved. wakeup, allow me to take you back to what God said about Ishmael and Isaac. It is important to know the urgency and high value Israel puts on a firstborn son! Tight through the Bible you will see that the firstborn son in Israel is the one that carries the family name forward. WE read about the sons of Judah and how the eldest son died and the younger brother had to go sleep with his deceased brothers wife so he can .... raise up seed to thy brother..... Gen 38:8. Ok with this in mind we have to remember that Ishmael is actually Abrahams first born son! But he was purely made because Sarai told Abraham to sleep with her maid. However when Sarai had Isaac she made sure that HER firstborn will be the Family propegater. And God said to Abraham through this son of SARAI He willbless the nations. But God also said that He heard ABRAHAM and that God will bless Ismael also with a lot of children. And He did, becasue we know God does not go back on His promises.
We also know that Ismael is the father of many nations, and nations has religeons. But religions goes over borders. The Muslim faith is not from a nation, it is just a faith nations has bloodlines. And Ismael's bloodlines also covers more than Muslim and Hindu. But yes... Arabas, and indians and the darkskinned people with "white people noses" are all Ismael descendants. Arab, and North Africa, (many muslim, but aslo Hindu!) And look at this Truth... God said He makes a everlasting covenant with ISAAC..... And God did. We should know that there is only place for a very specific amount of Gentiles that will enter the Kingdom then God will keep His part of the covenant, He will remove the ungodliness of Israel! Romans 11:25 and 26.
These Gentiles are ALL nations even some of Ishmaels! But a certain part of Ishmael will always be fighting with their "brothers" Just look how long Jerusalem are under constant wars.... Jesus said.... Jerualem Jerusalem.... Behold your house is left unto you desolate,,, you shall not see me.... UNTIL when you say.... Blessed is Jesus Christ, that came in the Name of the Lord! .... Luke 13:24 and 35. And the people God uses for the destruction of the city.... Ishmael's plenty children. That is why Muslim also calls Abraham their Father and they are right, but their salvation is in the same Man than ours.... Jesus! And becasue they still hate Isaac and Sarah today, they still fight for the ... firstborn rights!
I hope you see how God worked our salvation through all this. And that Israel will soon praise Jesus as the Messiah, then NO other nationality will be saved again! The Word says the FULNESS OF THE GENTILES BE COME IN. That emans ALL the Gentiles that wanted to be saved are now IN, that is the OTHER flockof sheep Jesus talks about in John 10:16. We are hopefully part of that flock, both you and I.

Ishmael is thought to be the father of the Arab people and thus Islam by many people even historical scholars. I am in no way a scholar but I have read over this a few times and think it is important to remember that God did say that He would make a great nation of Ishmael not once but twice.

Genesis 17:19-22 19 Then God said, “Yes, but your wife Sarah will bear you a son, and you will call him Isaac.[d] I will establish my covenant with him as an everlasting covenant for his descendants after him. 20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard you: I will surely bless him; I will make him fruitful and will greatly increase his numbers. He will be the father of twelve rulers, and I will make him into a great nation. 21 But my covenant I will establish with Isaac, whom Sarah will bear to you by this time next year.” 22 When he had finished speaking with Abraham, God went up from him.

And they lived in hostility toward[b] all the tribes related to them.

Then Ishmael's daughter marries Esau (Isaac's son) in Genesis 28:8-9 8 Esau then realized how displeasing the Canaanite women were to his father Isaac; 9 so he went to Ishmael and married Mahalath, the sister of Nebaioth and daughter of Ishmael son of Abraham, in addition to the wives he already had.

So the family is reunited once again. Don't you just love happy endings?

Well I dont know if I would say Arab came from both or if I would say both came from either Abraham (Isaac and Ishmael) or Isaac (Isreal and Esau).

But then again if you are referring to the union of both Isaac's and Ismael's already paternal bloodline, thru the marraige of their children (first cousins) Esau and Mahalath. then I guess it would be both.
