If God allowed you to perish what benefit is that to you and Him.

If God allowed you to live,it would be so you would repent and come to the truth,so it would be a benefit to you and Him.

God knows the heart,and will call people that He knows have a chance at salvation by the condition of their heart.Not everybody in the world is as bad as another,and not too many noble,and people in high positions get called,for their arrogant heart.

You might have a heart that God feels has a fighting chance to be with Him.

Because of His merciful Grace.

No one not one believes God, no one turns to Him, It is God who saves, and not because of any goodness in us, but pure grace on God's Part.
