God hates all workers of iniquity and abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.

4 For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness, Nor shall evil dwell with You. 5 The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; You hate all workers of iniquity. 6 You shall destroy those who speak falsehood; The Lord abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man. (Psalm 5:4-6)

You forgot John 3: 16. Among many other passages which Show God loves everyone. And is willing that none should parish, But all come to eternal life.

Not to mention the fact God died for all, Even those who reject him, and will spend eternity apart form him..

or should we just ignore these verses?

I didn't forget or ignore any of those things. They just weren't the topic of the post.

God's soul hates the wicked and the one who loves violence.

5 The Lord tests the righteous, But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates. (Psalm 11:5)

For God so loved the world, he gave his only son that whoever believes in him will not parish but have eternal life.

Matthew 5:44
But I say to you,
love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you,

I am sure God does this himself. since he asks us to be like him

God laid down the life of his son for his enemy. Those you claim he hates. No greater love has any man than he lay down his life for the ones he loves. Since God loves the world. he gave his life for those you claim he hates

No, I'm not the one who claimed that He hates them. God is the one who claimed that He hates them, because He does hate them.

Yeah. Ok. You believe what you want. I will believe what God says.. And he said he loved them so much he died for even them.

This is why people believe in a works based Gospel that teaches you can lose salvation. Because they somehow think God can love them for doing good deeds or some sort of work. While God hates everyone else.

I just believe what the Bible says (i.e. what God says).

I will believe what God says..
Then you'll believe that God hates them, since what God says is that He hates them:

5 The boastful shall not stand in Your sight; You hate all workers of iniquity. (Psalm 5:5)

And he said he loved them so much he died for even them.

It doesn't work like that.

My pastor tells me that a mother sheep won't accept another sheep's offspring as it's own, in fact it will trample it to death if it tries to nurse or gets too close.

A baby lamb will die and the mother sheep has no baby lamb, A different mother sheep dies and her baby lamb has no mother.

What they do is take the dead lamb's bloody skin and put it over the alive lamb and give the lamb that has no mother to the mother with no lamb, and as a result of the bloody skin the mother accepts the baby that isn't hers and after a while they can take the skin off and all is good.

so, yes God hates the sinner but there is a way to circumvent that processes.

I agree about not being able to lose salvation.........but when speaking to lost people you can't separate His love from His perfection and justice. And as much as He loves sinners, that counts for nothing if they don't repent and trust in Jesus. If I heard He was just love, I quite likely wouldn't of seen the need for a Saviour

I agree. Justice he will serve. Yet a parent does not hate a child just because they have to hand out justice.. They must still pay the price. And that price is spiritual death. Gods loves you. But his love can not overrule his justice. It just made the way out.

Another way to look at it. Is the mother will receive all lambs as they are. Yet the lamb may decide to reject the mother and not want anything to do with her. This is Christ.

God is indeed love (1 John 4:8, 16). He is also holy (Psalm 22:3), and His wrath is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness (Romans 1:18).

You have it backwards. Scripture says God hated Esau before he was even born, before he had done any good or evil, not of works.

11 (for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls), 12 it was said to her, "The older shall serve the younger." 13 As it is written, "Jacob I have loved, but Esau I have hated." (Romans 9:11-13)

That could happen but those lambs would get pretty hungry though. I suppose they could get fed out of a bottle from the farmer. Many do nurse at Satan's breasts.

I would think that the scent transmitted from the mother's milk wouldn't be in the baby lamb and it would still not become the mother sheep's lamb.

They are hungry. Thats why they try everything they can to feed themselves but never find joy and fulfillment, Because they try to feed from the world, and not from the lamb of God.
