That's a good question. I would simply say that the existence of eternity is just outside of the dimension of time. Like a ocean is to continents. So I would argue that heaven and the new creation would both have an address in the realm of eternity. Scripture does say that Heaven will pass away(Matt. 24:35). So it's safe to assume that even heaven, at this present time has a temporal existence. It is one thing to exist within eternity, but it is another to exist eternally.

I think heaven is a clear conscience.

We will go to a place after we die. I don't know where that is. I think it is called the resurrection.

I think Revelation 21 states it clearly that there will be a new heavens and a new earth. That God will reside with man. Maybe in a place where heaven and earth meet.

New heavens and new earth. I don't think it literally means a new "earth" like the one we have now, but it very well could (although if there's no need for a sun, then where will the gravitational pull come from).

Ah, I'll just have to die to find out...when He wills me to.
