Put it this way, to navigate via Polaris North Star you need two stationary points, 1. Polaris 2. North Pole of the Earth. Both do not move, if either one moved, you would no be able to navigate in this method because Polaris would not remain directly over the North Pole.

Whether you are being facetious or not, this is correct, basically there are slight variations and irregularities in the magneticsphere, which are colour enhanced, and photoshopped, many of the new computerized telescopes will just do this automatically producing these fantastic colourful images, some of which are quite attractive and artistic, they are fake, but they're kind of cool, but so are the Northern Lights, in fact the Northen Lights are a better example of magneticsphere cracks and you can see those with the naked eye and they dont need digital enhancement.

but you are agreeing that the image itself is genuine, just that it has no colour.

The image is not a genuine representation because it is falsely labelled and described, and the doctoring and enhansing of the image is done to mislead, if I was to take a photo of a Northern Light and label it as a newly forming galaxy 10 million light years away then I would be lying, I would not be genuine.
