We all know that souls are locked by the God after the death of every humanbeing and no soul will be revealed until the judgement day.

In 1 Samuel: 28: 11-19 it is clear that a woman calls the soul of Samuel-the prophet who was already dead and burried. then Saul and Samuel had a small conversation there.

There are people who are called "familiar spirits" that communicate with the dead. I do not know if they are born this way or if they acquire the ability through seeking. I do know this, we are forbidden by God to have any dealings with such folks. As for our departed and their souls, they are at rest, however these familiar spirits can awake them. Again, this is something that is not to be done our sought out. Once we know Jesus Christ and His Good News, we know not to seek other power(s) for any other power is not of God and inherently evil.

The Bible says that the dead do not know anything and that Satan can transform himself into looking like people. It was not Samuel that Saul seen but, Satan who transformed himself into looking and sounding like Saul.

Revelation 18:2
(2) And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

Babylon in the book of Revelation is a false religious system and becomes the habitation of devils because it teaches the immortality of the soul. This was Satan's first lie and many today still believe it.

I believe this post is heresy. We shouldn't try to make up doctrines based on this story. The Old Testament says that the Jewish people where supposed to killl witches. Exodus 22:18 Thou shalt not allow a witch to live. People with devils or familar spirits are not people that you want to talk to. Acts 16:16-19 And it came to pass, as we went to prayer, a certain damsel possessed with a spirit of divination met us, which brought her masters much gain by soothsaying: The same followed Paul and us, and cried, saying, These men are the servants of the most high God, which show unto us the way of salvation. You have left off the rest of the dialog between Saul and the prophet Samuel in (1Sam 28)...

v.17-19 And the LORD hath done to him, as he spake by me: for the LORD hath rent the kingdom out of thine hand, and given it to thy neighbour, even to David:
18 Because thou obeyedst not the voice of the LORD, nor executedst his fierce wrath upon Amalek, therefore hath the LORD done this thing unto thee this day. 19 Moreover the LORD will also deliver Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines: and to morrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: the LORD also shall deliver the host of Israel into the hand of the Philistines. (being fulfilled in 1Sam 31)

These events described by Samuel to Saul, surely were true and came to pass and I know of no familiar spirit, demon or any fallen angel that has the foreknowledge of God to be able to predict these kind of dealings and events that God had with King Saul or any other that came before or after. Therefore Samuel was disquieted and raised up from the paradise side of Hades from the heart of the earth (Lk 22:3, Eph 4:9, Mt 20:40, Lk 16:22-31) to speak with Saul. Many have tried to use this story to discredit Saul and condemn him to hell because of his disobedience to the voice of God that Samuel refers to, but David's testimony contradicts that as does this claim by Samuel of Saul and his sons being defeated and going to be with him the next day.

These events described by Samuel to Saul, surely were true and came to pass and I know of no familiar spirit, demon or any fallen angel that has the foreknowledge of God to be able to predict these kind of dealings and events that God had with King Saul or any other that came before or after.

Whether Saul is in Heaven or Hell I do not know but there is a demon/spirit of divination that tells the future.

I believe the spirit raised was not Samuel but a demon. I do not think mediums can contact people's loved ones and strongly discourage anyone from trying. that is how people allow demons into their house and allow them to torment their lives and their children and their family, by playing with Ouiji boards, tarot cards and other occult things. I've talked to enough people who practice seances and other things to know they suffer nightmares, some seizures and things from their experience with the occult. Demons watch people they know them and it would not be hard to imitate a deceased loved one. People do not see and are not bothered by them because God places a hedge around them. they do not see beyond this hedge of protection unless someone opens a gate into their soul by one of the following:

1. willing practicing occult, sacrificing to idols, etc

2. abuse: mental, sexual, physical

3. near death experiences

those are the main three I find that link people with demonic activity. Besides them most remain blissful ignorant of demons and spirits for God protects His people. Even after having experienced one of those three God will still protect you but you must seek God and His ways 100 % remembering always God's words:

Deuteronomy 31:8
And the LORD, He is the One who goes before you. He will be with you, He will not leave you nor forsake you; do not fear nor be dismayed.”

just because someone predicts the future accurately that does not mean they were sent by God or should be called a prophet or prophetess. they are most likely practicing soothsaying (forbidden by God by the way) through the aid of a spirit of divination. many are fooled into following such people but they are following doctrines of demons. the Spirit of Prophecy always points people to GOD and to JESUS dying on the cross for their sins. NEVER personal gain or making money or even who you will marry or things of that nature.

because some would seek to contact the spirits of their deceased loved ones and we should warn them that God speaks against it and I believe they would be deceived and would not even get their loved ones if they tried.

I know this may shock some, but I'm in full agreement. Unfortunately, the church in America seems to becoming every bit as polarized as the politics in this country. People are beginning to lean too far in opposing directions, either toward hyperspiritualism or toward antispiritualism (both extreme in their own right). I believe that this is evidence that the enemy is at work in both camps using negativity and finger pointing to push both sides over the edge.

I think someone said She left of the end. More importantly I think we need to look at the beginning. Saul went to a medium. Who was strictly forbiden by God. And he asked HER to bring up Samuel. Another point is that God was no longer talking to him. Why would God not say a word, then send Samuel. It makes no sense.

so we have a satan worshiper who calls up demons, And the fact that God would not even talk to him. Remember We can not fully understand spiritual rhelm. I see no reason not to believe that God gives a forewarning of things which will happen to angels. so they can see his power. And this word gets around, even to the demons. Like she said. The gal who knew the apostles were from God. Demons know alot. One of the reasons God forbids this medium worship and astrologists is that they can tell things. This is Satan coming as an angel of light. to fool even the elect as scripture says.
