It is a war over the hearts of men, for the souls of men.
You have seen the ways of men, and the end of the ways of men, which all end in death and destruction. Satan wants to steal away love out of the hearts of men, and ultimately steal Jesus out of the hearts of men. When I see wickedness I see the works of the Devil, and I know the end of it is death.
Jesus really came to defeat death, and he has. But who will stand behind him to be protected from death? Temptations are going to increase in the flesh, and not many will endure it. What was good to you in the flesh, will be offered to you free of charge. And as people grow more cold against the Lord, lawlessness will also increase, so that what is evil is praised, and what is good is scoffed at. No one can prevent it, the Lord has promised it.
But who will endure it? Anyone that is weak in the faith will be robbed of the faith, as it was written that whoever has will be given much more, but whoever doesn't, it will be taken away from him even that that he does have.
Satan wants to get you focused on temporary things, and to put you in debt to the things of this life, so that he can set his trap and force you into a system to hell. He wants to steal your heart away from God to seduce you like he has much of the world. Only those who have Jesus fighting their battles will endure.
Violence will increase
Sexual perversion will increase
Blasphemy will increase
Mockery will increase
Witchcraft will increase
Vanity will increase
Lawlessness and hatred toward God will increase
False prophecy will increase
In all, sin is increasing, and by sin, death is increasing.
If you are without Jesus in your life, these things will consume you. If you want to be set free from this destruction, Jesus Christ can deliver you now. Some will promise you a false hope, that these things will not happen. But they will happen, and even now are being set to happen. I do pray that the Lord will prevent them. I do pray that he will cause nations to repent before this time. I do hope he lifts up a standard for you against it. Pray for him to help you and save you from your sins. When the Light of the world is put out, will you have enough in you to keep your own light burning? It is like a mere candle in a world without a sun. It is like a lantern on a hill for an entire city. Let your light shine brighter than the lights of Satan. Let people see your good works and glorify God.
