Doctrines sprout up like weeds. One minute this doctrine is popular, and then a song and a dance to compliment it. Death.
And then a new doctrine sprouts up, and then a song and a dance to glorify it. Death.
BUT THE TRUTH REMAINS!!! THE TRUTH IS FOREVER!! THE GLORY OF THE LORD IS FOREVER!!! HIS WORD NEVER FADES AWAY!! HE HAS THE WORDS OF ETERNAL LIFE!!
The doctrines of men fade like the flesh of men. And the glory departs with them both. All the works of the flesh fade into dust. There is no remembrance of these things in heaven.
Indeed, the worse will fade with the best. Even prophecy will cease. BUT HIS WORD WILL NEVER FADE!!! HIS TRUTH WILL NEVER GO OUT!!
There is not eternal life in the doctrines of men. Only in Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is Truth. He is life. He is the way. He remains forever. He is eternal!!
Only Jesus has the words of eternal life. Obey his words, because his words can be trusted.
Continue in that love he showed you from the beginning. Then you will be doing the will of the Father, and he will put his Spirit in you. This is the testimony we have, that Christ died, and rose again. And that those who also die in him, will live with him forever. This flesh will be put off, and our new man will be glorified. This hope of eternal glory is worth far more than the glory of the world that is departing. There will be a new glory. And the Lord God of heaven will be the Light of that glory.
Repent of sin. Follow Jesus, obey Jesus.
