The Bible does not specifically address the issue of God's giving the fallen angels an opportunity to repent, but we do know principles and can extrapolate from them an educated guess. First, Satan (Lucifer) was one of the highest angels, perhaps the highest ( Ezekiel 28:14 ). Lucifer—and all the angels—were continually in God’s presence and had a complete knowledge of the glory of God, unobstructed by the things that keep mankind from knowing Him fully. Therefore, they had no excuse for rebelling against God and turning away from Him. For Lucifer and the other angels to rebel despite what they knew about God is the utmost of evil, and this most likely results in God's not giving Satan and the other fallen angels the opportunity to repent.

Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. ( Ezekiel 28:14 )

Second, God did not provide a plan of redemption for the angels as He did for mankind. The fall of the human race necessitated an atoning sacrifice for sin, and God provided that sacrifice in Jesus Christ. In that plan of redemption, God redeemed the human race and brought glory to Himself for His grace, love and mercy.

No such sacrifice was planned for the angels. In addition, God referred to those angels who remain faithful to Him as His “elect angels” ( 1 Timothy 5:21 ) , and we know from the biblical doctrine of election that those whom God elects to salvation will be saved, and nothing can separate them from God’s love ( Romans 8:38-39 ). Clearly, those angels who rebelled were not “elect angels” of God.

I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality. ( 1 Timothy 5:21 )

For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ( Romans 8:38-39 )

Finally, the Bible gives us no reason to believe they would repent even if God did give them the chance ( 1 Peter 5:8 ). The fallen angels seem completely devoted to opposing God and attacking God's people. The Bible tells us that one of the things God judges on is how much knowledge of Him a person possesses ( Luke 12:48 ). The fallen angels, then, are even much more deserving of God’s wrath because of the exceedingly great knowledge they had about God.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: ( 1 Peter 5:8 )

But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more. ( Luke 12:48 )

I think we all have a chance to repent, including angels. We also experience the consequences of past sins.

I am not sure we will ever see the Lord with our eyes, but we will always be aware of the presence of his spirit.

I think it will be true forever that we have the chance to repent.

When we sin we must experience the consequences of our sin—that also will be true forever.

The angels receive the same justice as anyone else.

I believe we all live forever, angels included.

I believe that as long as we live righteously, we have paradise, even here on earth.

I believe the Lord will always discipline us when we sin, and if necessary, this discipline will be very severe, but I think he will always forgive us after we repent.

[18] When the righteous turns from his righteousness, and commits iniquity, he shall die for it.
[19] And when the wicked turns from his wickedness, and does what is lawful and right, he shall live by it. Ezekiel 33:18-19 RSV

Yes we all live forever 33 it depends on the where. The angels who turned on God will live forever at the final war in hell.

Yes we are to live in the Kingdom while here and after.

You don't think God hates demons? We are not talking about people. We are talking about evil things who hate God and all they are concerned with is getting back at God by tempting people to hell to suffer with them in hell.

People, angels, and demons will be dealt with justly.

Leviticus 17:7 KJV "And they shall no more offer their sacrifices to devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever to them through-out their generation."

Fallen angels or devils or demons steal worship from God and rejoice in the blood of the saints.
Job 4:18 KJV "Behold, He put no trust in His servants; and His angels He charged with folly:"

They can't be forgiven because.
They sided with satan and have declared themselves like the Most High God.

As Jesus told them "that you are of your father the devil." Alot of people think he was talking to the people here which he was, but he was also talking to the devils that had decieved them. Jesus is trying to show us the simplicity of the gospel, Because mankind believes the devils they become seperated from Lord God Almighty and sin. Therefore all judgement has been given to Jesus cuz He walked as a man without sin. And through Him Christ Jesus living inside of us by the power of the Holy Spirit we can walk holy and undefiled lives.

The fallen angels have had their chance their probation has closed they made their choice. In the days of Noah God shut the door of the ark 7 days before the flood their probation was closed even if they repented after it was forever to late, People have a chance today to give their lives to Jesus but, the door of mercy will not stay open forever.

Angels are not spirit, fallen angels corrupt the spirit of man through deception.
God is Spirit as man was made in God's Image.
That image is not flesh but spirit. Thus Christ Jesus being filled with the Spirit of God during John the Baptist's baptism. The Spirit of Lord God Almighty filled Him with His presence. Father, Son, and Holy Ghost abide. And these three are one.

Thus mankind being corrupted spirit were needed to be made whole. Therefore Jesus calls all men everywhere to repent of unrighteousness. Because no sin can stand in the presence of the Judge of all Nations.

So awaken to the fullness of the gospel put aside foolish things that seperate us from Christ Jesus and take the mantle of Jesus upon yourself so that by His Blood you become truly healed. This mantle is a declaration of faith and believe in the total soveignty of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
