CJ I had a rep working for me, and she was stationed in East London, and she told me once that they raised their hands in praise and worship, and there came real gold dust down and covered them.
I asked her a few questions about this, and then her story did not seem to PAN OUT all the gold she wanted to show. Let us just say, I am sorry she did not get bags full of gold, because today we are not even on speaking terms. Today she is to ashamed to even speak to me. Why? Bad choices... Just leave it at that. She made some bad choices... Just before she left she asked my wife...."Are you people for real? Are you truly angels or just stupid buisness folk." My wife did not answer, and I was not going to answer a question not asked to me.
She did invite me to a "The Potter's House" church here in George once, and I was way OUT of sorts there. Also just a showmanship of silly actions and words. And they call it ... The Holy Spirit was VERY STRONG there that day. Boy am I evil! I did not see it as holy at all. this tlaking of twnety people at the same time. The shouting and silly laughter, the "holy" people shouting and praying and talking and there is NO control for about ten minutes. The band sings, the Pastor throws people to the ground, woman and men are all talking loud at the same time. Others shout and laugh, man it is a crazy thing this Holy Spirit that cause all these thing. All I felt was very alone and confused. My rep did appoligise and said she could see I did not enjoy that.
So after thesermon I asked one of the "deacons" what is this unorderly conduct, and where can I read about it in the Word of God. Well as you know it is not in the Word. So I did not accept it as part of my doctrine. I believe in an orderly meeting like in 1 Cor 14. And there is no mention of gold dust there.
