Hi Wendy - The problem with learning English online is that it is not personal enough - But if you put:
"Learning Basic English Online"
into your computer search you will find many good sites.
Stick to the university sites if possible or get back to me & I will try to help.

Hi Wendy sometimes people get on the chatrooms and go to a small room with someone and practice their English by reading the Bible outloud and talking about it. If you want just post it in the chatroom and see if anyone would be willing to listen and speak to you and help you learn English that way. Best of luck. God bless.

You can get far by comparing an English Bible with a translation in your own language. You will build your vocabulary and grammar.
Use a modern speech English Bible.

English is one of hardest language of all existing, especially for me.:eek: (І'm slavic). Because of its unpleasant spelling, the huge amount of slang, difficult pronunciation, very large vocabulary. :eek:. Sorry for offtop.
