One of my Bible college teachers once told us that he did not believe stories that angels told people the Gospel and they were saved. He did not believe these stories from converted Muslims who claim they saw angels who told them about Jesus because he said that God only used men to preach the Gospel, not angels. I reciently discovered a verse that could prove him wrong.

Revelations 14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people.

This verse is proof that God could tell anyone in the world the Gospel through angels. It is also proof that God gives everyone a chance during the Tribulation to get saved. Tim Lahaye, one of the authors of the Left Behind Series, uses this verse to explain how there are Christians during the Tribulation. I personally believe PostTribulation Rapture yet this verse makes me believe that everyone in the Tribulation gets a chance to become Christian. Does it make you think of anything?

But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned. Gla 1:8

I always thought angels were messengers of God. I mean, seriously...WHAT is their sole purpose? It would consist of some type of preaching, messages or something wouldn't it? Am I misinformed here?

Heb13:2 Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.

That just shows us that there are angels among us.

And there’s an angel preaching to Paul.

Acts27:23 For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve,24 Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.

Not yet, still future, will happen during the great tribulation. However, as we have been commissioned to preach the gospel, the angels of heaven company that proclamation of salvation with the promise who will be with us always unto the ends of the world (Mt 28:20).
