MILLIONS have died over Bible translations, so without The Holy Spirit, U will not come to know the truth. The Messia is The Truth. Do U know Him? Or will he say: - Matthew 7:21-23???

What if someone does not believe in the Holy Spirit? Is that unforgivable?
No it is not, you must believe in God to even want forgiveness.
Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

What if someone does not believe in the Holy Spirit? Is that unforgivable? I mean if they believe in God but not the Holy Spirit? Why does everyone say that it is contributing something of the Holy Spirit to the devil? This is only mentioned once in the Bible with the pharisees but blasphemy can mean disrespect or uttering obscenities against correct? So if you swear at the Holy Spirit / insult it is it not the same thing? Or what if you say replace the name of the Holy Spirit as a joke (a very bad one) like the father the son and the holy cow/dog/sheep or whatever isn't that blasphemy against the Holy Spirit too?
The Holy Spirit and God are the same thing. You cannot believe in one without the other.

I am pretty sure that is not what Jesus was speaking about. When you read it in context, Jesus was scolding the Parasees for claiming He was casting out demons by the power of Satan, when they should have known better. So as been stated, what they were doing is atributing the acts of God to the Satn. This is what is meant by blasheming the Holy Spirit. Also i believe it is not something you can do accidently, it must be deliberate.

I sincerely hope you are right because I do not want to go to Hell and there is no point in me following Christ if he cannot save me for something stupid I did in the past.

Cloud the unforgivable sin is to not turn back to God. You left God but you went back to him so your fine. If you had not gone back to him then he couldn't be your God. Everyone in the world will be told about God. It's up to them if they want God or not. The unforgivable sin is to say you don't want God. Ok, say someone said they didn't want God for ten years of their life but then decided they did want God....God loves them. The unforgivable sin would be to say you don't want God to the end of ones life.

The word says that the world will be judged because of unbelief.
Unbelief is blasphemy against the Holy Ghost and Jesus!

Jesus came and died to send the Holy Ghost, unbelief in this is the unforgivable sin!

Sounds like you're trying exceptionaly hard to get into hell, even I don't work that diligently...

On that point, are you serious about this thread? The only answer you seem to take is that you're going to hell.

I am serious and I suffer from OCD but if someone can answer this last question it will put my mind to rest. I will never do anything stupid like this again I just need an answer on this thing and if I am hellbound I will simply try to improve my health and try to avoid it for as long as I can.

You did not commit the unforgivable sin.
The only unforgivable sin is blasphemy, but it means unbelief in the Holy Spirit and Jesus!

Do you believe in the son of God? Jesus!

You have not committed this sin, if you believe in Jesus!

Why do some not understand what is taught concerning the body of Christ, with Jesus Christ as head? There is one body but many members that make up that one body and Jesus Christ is the head of the body. We, who believe, are the members that make up that one body on the earth. We are members one of another that make up His body, flesh and bones, right here on planet earth (Eph 5:30). We are in Christ' stead (2Cor 5:20). Jesus said that you (all disciples that make up His body) will do greater works then I have done (John 14:12). We have been ordained and created unto good works (Eph 2:10), the work of the ministry, which includes not just the office holders in the church, but every believer and member of Christ's body.

Christ is building His church, the body of Christ. That church and body represents the household of God (Eph 2:19) and has a work to do on the earth. As they perform that work that God has ordained and called them to do, the gates of hell will try to prevail against it, as it did when Christ was here (Mt 16:18). In (Mt 10:25) Jesus says something very interesting; 'It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?' If the work of God that Christ did when He was here was attributed as a work of the devil by the religious crowd, how much more will this same crowd attribute the work of the master's house, the church and body of Christ, as a work of Beelzebub? If we will do greater works then Christ did, then we shall be called more than Beelzebub.

Don't take this personal but the scriptures teach, 'Woe to you when all men speak well of you, for so did they the false prophets … but rejoice and be exceedingly glad when they speak all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake' (Luke 6:26, Mt 5:11,12). Jesus Christ was crucified for the work that He did and many of the disciples were martyred. What will happen to those, in God's household, that do the work of God in the days that we live in? Do you know any Spirit-filled believers that are continually being called all manner of evil because of the work that they do or have done in and through Christ? Jesus Christ was considered to be evil because He healed people on the Sabbath and forgave men their sins. They accused Him because he was gracious and did not condemn or judge others. They wanted Him to stone the adulterous women, but He would not. He was also accused of being a sinner because He was a friend and hung around publicans and sinners (Mt 11:19). Do you know anyone that condemns and judges other believers because of the company they keep?

If someone wants to consider the work that Christ's body, the church, is doing to be evil in any manner and attack and discredit that work in any way, have they committed the unforgivable sin against the Holy Spirit? Is it not the Holy Spirit that works in the members of Christ's body to will and to do God's good pleasure (Phil 2:13, Eph 1:5,9)? Do I, as a believer, want to even come close to calling a work of God something other than what it is and has been ordained of God? Selah

First, I don't think that we are saved by saying a few words of some prayer someone gives us. We may speak them, but is our heart really changed? It could be that you were not really saved as a small child who might not have understood what you were doing at the time.

Second, the Bible tells us that we are to work out our salvation with fear and trembling. It would seem to be a process, then, one that has both forward and backward periods.

Third, remember that you can't do any of this. It is only by the power of Christ's blood that we are able survive spiritually. Quit fretting, for it leads only to evil. Believe in the one who died for you and your sins.

You know God doesn't move. He is always there. He doesn't take the first step. But I am so glad you came back to Christianity.

God will bless your life. Stay with him. And the part where you keep thinking about if you have wronged the Lord. If you have been saved and asked for forgiveness those sins are gone thrown in the lake of fire never will you see them again. Also, when you think you have wronged the Lord that is the Devil trying his best to get you back. But listen the stronger you get with the Lord the further he will stay away. The start of Salvation I think is the worse be the devil is always trying to get you to mess up.

I will pray for you.
