Actually, the verse you quoted about not everyone who calls Jesus lord will enter heaven is not referring to people who have accepted Jesus as their Savior; MANY unbelievers call Him lord, in an unbelieving way. John 3:16 is true; whosoever BELIEVETH on Him should not perish, but have everlasting life". The verse about the thief on the cross being with Jesus in paradise the day he died is also true. Most Christians can't handle this liberty, as they need the fear of not going to heaven to keep them in line (and God certainly WANTS us to follow Him; "Shall we continue in sin that Grace may abound? God forbid" part of Romans 6:1-2), so I'm not going to say anything else about it; if there's anything else I want to say to Trouble, I'll PM it to her.
