We need good food like fruits and vegetables to have a healthy body, but we may not always eat the best food for bodies. The enemy may try and attack our body like a disease, but when we have that food that comes from Jesus our bodies are strong. The enemy can never attack us because we that nourishment that comes for Jesus.

1 Corinthians 6:19-20
19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.

“Therefore honor God with your body!”

When the Hebrews were wandering in the desert, God was teaching them to leave the Egyptian ways behind and learn God’s ways. God often did this through what they were to do day to day. Physically. God not only said they were to keep their mind on clean and pure things, God said don’t eat any meat from scavengers. God didn’t only say to be spiritually clean, God said wash with water.

Almost no one wants to follow any of the physical lifestyle of Jesus, today.

Amen, Daddy, sometimes we forget that our bodies are God's temple and that underneath the fleshly body lies the spiritual one. If we took even half as much time to nourish our spirits with God's word as we do our flesh with food, how much healthier we might be! Awesome post, Dad, thanks for this reminder!

the problem with the human race is we feed our bodies too much junk food, the food that is not good for our bodies! Amen Von, we need to feed our bodies fruits and veggies to nourish the temple of the holy spirit!
