That's a lot of video! Looks interesting though. Would you say that both sides are well represented? If so, I may check it out when I have more time.

YES! Very fair. Very civil debate. I played this in sermon tube a few nights ago and every agreed it's civil, and well done.

You have two people of equal calibre from their respective positions. It's not like Kirk Cameron debating someone who has a PHD in science. These two are both EXPERTS in their field.

I don't think it was a very good debate. No-tribber vs pre-tribber is what it really is. One says there will be no tribulation at the end of the world because it already happened and one says rapture then tribulation, yikes.

Mr Ice did a poor job, maybe he needs to stick to fantasies like editing the "left behind" series.

Mr. Ice drops the ball, the answer is really very simple as you see as Christ locks in the subject, the end of the world and the what leads up to the second coming. Observe:
Matthew 24

3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?

Did the disciples live to see the end of the world and second coming also? I think not.

4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.
Here Christ lets you know He is staying on subject

29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

How soon after the tribulation? Immediately! not 2000 years later! Did we miss the second coming? I think not.
We know in Revelation that every eye shall see Him and the scriptures cannot be broken:

Revelation 1
7 Behold, He cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see Him, and they also which pierced Him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of Him. Even so, Amen.

Thanks for posting the debate 1still_waters. I have this same debate in book format, but I did not realize the video for it was available.

I have uploaded another video to my YouTube channel which could also prove helpful in this discussion. It is a friendly four-person discussion on the three main views of the "Millennium" - Premillennialism, Postmillennialism, Amillennialism. I will post the link below for those who are interested.

I agree! I see the disciples asking three questions;1. "tell us when will these things be?" (Jerusalem destroyed)
2. what will be the sign of your coming?
3. and the end of the age?

Mar 13:1 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!
Mar 13:2 And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

As we can still see to this day the buildings. Think it not coincidence that these stones are observed in modern day tradition, God knew exactly the way things would go when He wrote the Bible.

Think God didn't know the Jews would worship in front of one stone upon another and shove their prayers into stacked stones, thinking God hears them when they have not the Son? You really think think God didn't know this would happen?
