God said in Luke 13:24... Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.

I asked: Lord I have quite a few questions about this, who is the many that seek to enter? Then I got my answer. (Luke 21: 8) ( For many shall come in My Name, saying I am Christ) ( Or I have the Holy Spirit in me) same meaning! And (2 Timothy 3:5) Having a form of godliness, BUT denying the power thereof) AND GOD'S SUGGESTION ON BOTH OCCATIONS.... FROM SUCH TURN AWAY! (OR) DO NOT GO AFTER THEM!

The second question I had about the narrow gate was.... Lord what is the differance between a person that seeks to enter and one that actually does enter?
God's answer... JESUS CHRIST is the difference!

Now a short version of a dream I had. I dreamt about a massive ring full of people (all the people of the world) and the ring was enclosed with countless gates! Every gate had very attractive advertisment advertising how wonderful the journey is if you enter into the particular gate. I watched as many people enter into many gates, but they ALL came back to this hellish ring we are in! Then one day I saw another gate. It was almost overgrown by a creeping plant. The gate was made of old wood and hung on old hinges. Then I saw a simple man entering, and he NEVER returned, and many days later I saw another man go through the small gate, with no visible advertisment and no promise. This man also NEVER returned. Then I remembered.... Every person that does go through God's gate recieves a sanctification and much more... to be NOT OF THIS RING OF HELL (this world). Does it mean they are SAVED FROM THIS WORLD?

And God's final answer when I asked..... What is the difference Lord!....
The Lord answered.... If any man BE IN Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, ALL THINGS ARE BECOME NEW.
Also: John 3:8... The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is EVERY ONE that is BORN OF THE SPIRIT!
WOW! WOW! WOW!
Lord please give me also this "BORN OF THE SPIRIT!" AMEN!

Many more verses in the Bible has such great promises. One I particulary would like to be part of is..... Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest! .... Mat 11:28. Lord help me to COME UNTO YOU! AMEN!

The narrow road calls all to come to repentance, 2 Cor 7-10-11, apart from that there is no remission of sins!

This is love for God: to obey his commands. And his commands are not burdensome. 1John5:3
We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first. Heb3:14

How perfect and simple is Gods gift to us.
That in setting aside the flesh, by dying in flesh, that we may live now in the Spirit of Jesus.
For the gate is simply Jesus, we living in Him, He living in us, fullfillng God's love and promise!

this is so pure and simple and true and in line with Yahweh and Yahshua (Yahweh's Salvation) and Yahweh's ekklesia(rare few on the narrow road) and completely in line with all Torah/ Scripture.

that i have just quoted it without reading the other posts yet. Yahweh willing I might look at the other posts in the thread, but even if not, this is good for the soul seeking truth >>>>

All of the people that go in both of the gates are born again and praise and honor God. Those that go in the wide gate are all of those that are believing and teaching false doctrines and are still trying to make the scriptures harmonize with no success. The strait gate are those that have searched the scriptures and have had the Spirit within them to reveal to them the doctrine that Christ taught. The life that it leads them to is not talking about eternal life, but that abundant life that we can live in here in this world by following the commandments of God. There will be more than a few that will populate heaven, as many as the stars in heaven and the sand of the sea.

Hey Cobus, your not the first person ive heard that's spoke about a dream/vision that's included a door/gate to walk through the has no comliness, nothing attractive to it at all but has the looks of a door that you wouldn't want to go through. How wonderful is the mind of God!

As God foretold to Abraham. He blessed Abraham saying his descendants would possess the Gate of their enemies., for as all knew before Jesus Christ came to save us, Salvation is from the Jews. Do not be afraid to confess the faith of Abraham.

I would rather confess faith in the work of Christ as Abraham did nothing for me.

Please do not split hairs, Chrisst taught the faith of Abraham. It is in the Word, nothing I dreamed up. When we have the faith of Abraham, we believe Jesus Christ and the Gospel, all foretold to the prophets.

No problem, the narrow gate is still the cross, and few there be that find it on their own. The preaching of the cross is where sinners hear of what Christ did for them and as them by taking their place as the substitute Lamb. The cross is the narrow gate of the atonement that leads unto being justified by the blood of that atonement and made one with and in Christ. The narrow gate is the death, burial and resurrection of Christ and without that no man can be justified or made righteous or acceptable to God.
