Even the parable of Lazurus and Dives (the rich man) in Luke 19 real, green? Even so.

Look at scripture, God wants you to believe without needing Him to show you so much, so, will He just speak out the Truth of all these parables to you? No, they will be a mystery to you. YOU must have FAITH that they are true and believe in their revealed mystery said in the careful, guided words of Jesus Christ on earth.
Matthew 13 , starting with verse 10, and, inbetween commentary by me, we will end at v. 15. :)

10 And the disciples came to Jesus and said, 'Why do you speak to them (my note: this refers to the multitudes, who are seekers of believing, not disciples, not apostles) ?'

11 He (Jesus) answered and said to them, 'Because it has been given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

This tells us that parables explain, or, reveal the mysteries of the Kingdom. Going on, Jesus,said...

12 'For whoever has, to him more will be given, and he will have abundance, but whoever does not have, even what he has will be taken away from him. Therefore, I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. 14 And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says: Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, and, seeing you will see and not perceive.'

Sounds like Pharaoh's heart, huh, folks, these unbelieving hearts against parables TRUE are so HARdenED by not believing the Truth Jesus spoke in all ways, even through the revelations so speakfully told in parables. So, these folks' den of understanding is dead, even, sigh, deadened more, like Pharoah, getting a harder and harder heart with each plague he did, for God HARDENED Pharoah's heart. Pharoah would not change and let God's chosen (Israelites) go, so God deepened Pharoah's own choice of folly. :(

But, alas, for you all thinking parables are not true, there is still hope for you, thank God. No, seriously, 'thank God, what thought I was saying His name in vain, not me of my God, Christ peeps, He is my Lord, ALL reverence to my Yahweh (God) and YAWH (Messiah, who is King Jesus). No, I'm not Jewish, for those two titles, I just like the power in original Hebrew names of my Lord and my Lord :)

How to be understanding of your unbelief in parables?

15 'For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their eyes are hard of hearing, and, their eyes they have closed, lest they should understand with their HEARTS, and, TURN, so that I should heal them.'

There.

God was serious about parables worth, He told them, to plant His great Truths in His disciples and apostles, great, profound, parables, NOT fable, not foible. Real.

Only one parable is mentioned in Matthew before the disciples ask Jesus why He speaks to the multitudes (masses) in parables. One, a very 'rich' one too to 'soil' man's conscience, LOL.

What was the first parable Jesus spoke: the parable of the sower, speaking of Jesus' words falling on good ground and growing strong up plant, or stony ground and, with, no root, plant growing and blowing away.

Be fertile soil toSOAKup what is to be said by Jesus..

What weight does Jesus give to parables? 16 says , But blessed are your eyes for they see, and, your eyes for they hear.' Heavy! You, for soaking up parables and believing them, will be blessed !

Many, many powerful Truths taught in a 'parable.' God, you REALLY think, is saying He will BLESS you for heaRing a false story? Ha! Not a chance ! Makes me laugh even thinking of that thinking folly.

Be able to let your EARS hear the REAL power and resounding eternal Truths of Jesus' parables in the gospels. :)

May we all love the parables, for they are the window to understanding God Our Father's love and desire for us in Jesus.

God bless

Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
( 2 Timothy 3:7-8 )

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. ( John 16:13-14 )
