Hello everyone. With everything that is happening in our society today, many people have questions. In answer to many of them, yes, I do believe we are living in the last days. But, do not fear, God gave us a way that we can discern the signs of the times: the Bible. This thread is here for those seeking guidance, answers, or just to discuss eschatology (study of the end times). If you would like to read any articles about such things or any other Biblical subjest go to rapturebootcamp.us. Tjank you all and God bless you!

Hi Iam, I've been following current events for awhile now. I am also interested in what is happening. I think a lot of people, including Christians just don't see that everything that is happening has arleady be foretold. A lot think it is cooincidence.

Many think the gathering to Jesus will take place prior to the tribulation. They believe this because they know that we are not appointed the wrath of God. However, the tribulation is brought by the antichrist. It is not brought upon us by God. Just like Gods people were protected from the plagues that came upon Egypt, so will Gods people be protected in the end times.

I am sorry that I haven't been keeping up with this forum. I have opened up so many fronts to get the message of God out there, that I let a few of the less active ones slip through my fingers.

To some previous posts, nothing is a coincidence. God is in charge of everything and will lead those who need to know to the information.

CDavid: I'm sorry to contradict what you said, and believe me I take no pleasure in arguing with a fellow Christian, but the tribulation is brought on by God Himself. The judgements and the trials of the tribulation are designed to judge the unbelievers of the world. True, the beginning judgements are also a call to those who have not decided who to follow. But, over all, the tribulation is brought on by God to judge a sinful world. It is referred to as 'The Wrath of the Lamb (Jesus)' and 'The Wrath of God' over and over in Scripture. Also, God is the one who is allowing the Antichrist to reveal himself in the first place.

2 Thessalonians 2: 6 & 7 says: And now you know what is restraining, that he may be revealed in his own time. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only Hewho now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way.

The He (notice the capitalized 'H') is the Holy Spirit, which is in all born-again Christians. He will be removed at the time of the Rapture, hence the loosing of the Antichrist. This also proves that God is in control of the entire tribulation and judgements, as if we needed proof, lol.
