what if your mother or father is abusive and says to "Never tell anyone how I beat you with a tireiron" should the kid still "Obey his parents"?

"Children, obey your parents in the Lord: for this is right" (Ephesians 6:1)
Obey your parents in all things that are lawful and right in God’s sight not ungodly things.
