Christian witness does not count, when was the last time you let others know the Saviour's birth story, that God sent His Son (God's Son, Son of God) to save you from CERTAIN death of your sins, and, rendering Satan defeated, by effectively BEATING sin, and, death, and, Satan, by dying a GRUESOME death on a cross? Therefore, through Jesus now, through Him, and, His Father's great act of love to save us by having sent His Son, and, death, and, resurrection 'by His power,' you now have been shown 'the way,' and, 'the Truth,' and, 'the Life,' to living forevermore with Him after you die.

That gospel. Just curious, and, Christ peeps, there is no guilt, no shame, and, certainly no condemnation in Christ Jesus that He gives us, we do stand condemned IF we die (perish) without accepting Him as our Lord and Saviour, but, no, no, no, salvation comes from belief in His grace given us, baby Jesus, who became a boy, who became a man, who became cursed and hung on a tree, as a man, but, THEN, after dying the torturous death on the cross, AROSE! An aside, I love that story song, 'He's Alive!,' great stuff :)

But, no condemnation (judgment to lake of fire) of ANY one's spiritual condition (THAT NONE SHOUOD PERISH!) by God, and, oh, yes, true, uhhh, yeahhh, CONVICTION comes from the Lord for the unsaved AND sinner, too, but NEVER condemnation. God's grace abounds much more than sin, on earth, it is here, until you die. Should we practice sin because of 'abounding grace over sin (Romans 6)?

Let's ask Paul, in Romans 6, too. Paul? By no means! Or, 'No!' in some translations.

So, what would He say?
God? "No."

Much harder to run our race, despite grace, with sin pervading our lives, if not, not to mention, perhaps, (not judging you, that's Christ alone's job), impossible, to finish the race. Sin, no, no, no. It's jot just a no-no, it's a no-no-no . Do your best not to, by His Spirit in you comforting, counseling you will not, His perfect IS enough :)

The Lord leads, let Him lead you, He should always be POLE POSITION in your life :)

So, this is an honest (poll) question, just so, hmm, yes, pray to Him about it, but, IF you haven't lately, just maybe, now, is the time, God bless you, Christ brothers and sisters, fellow peeps of the King :)

I AM giving credit where credit id, (please, don't pardon this pun :) )due, all glory to God for the thread title to me, and, He used 'zone' to bring this thread idea to life in my mind, yhat, too, is not my own, this I hope and pray. Amazing, too, isn't OUR BRAIN, or, 'mind' is 'of Christ,' Scripture (1 Corinthians 2) tells us , that's fascinating, joyful reality, Christ peeps, that is not 3D or 'virtual,' reality either, is it, it is reality from the Word, and, people ALL want 'real' these days, don't you, I was talking to my nephew the other day and He said, 'I hate fake people.' (I'm praying for God to loose the 'man' , of worldly nature inside him and grasp His spiritual nature so FREE! for my neph , please, pray, too, Cp's :) )

Now, who is the only one who will NEVER, EVER, NEVER let you DOwn?

Jesus !

He IS always there for you and, once, you accept Him, you will, indeed, see His love overcome all you WERE , and, help you become, by His Spirit received into your temple. God gave you the, faith, too, everyone's 'measure' IS from Him. Only believe. For God... life. :)

John 3:16 -- "For God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son that whosoever (anyone, Romans 10:13) believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life."

I love to witness to people and help lead them to repentence and salvation. I carry a small glossy presentatin of how to accept Jesus, scriptures included. It makes it easy to just read the card with the person you are witnessing to and go through the short presentation. The end challenges the person to accept and gives them an opportunity to pray an receive. They will not hear if we do not speak.

That's great, indubitablyHis. Awesome.
I am not perfect at witnessing but do it when He leads and being unbrave seems not an option. Of course, we don't really know the inside of even Christians'hearts so don't take this OP as witnessing to Christians doesn't mean anything. It does ! A lot . Can I say 'a lot, lot, lot?' :)

We need to constantly speak the gospel, and, I try to, as He leads me, my nephew tells me that he has accepted Christ so I do speak to him a lot of God because His outer lifestyle shows rebellion, and, I know we ALL rebel/sin but we, like God says in Hebrews, want to be those not 'children of rebellion,' as were the Israelites in the wilderness, who wandered 40 years and they, nor Moses, would enter the promised land that God UNpromised because of their disobedience to Him. They became utterly unfaithful and God keeps His promises justly to us, today, yesterday, forevermore, God is the same. He is our eternal, same, Father in heaven, who through whom all people and all things hath been made, all things are His to do 'His will and good pleasure.'

And, all listening here today, God says in Scripture that 'I know 'the plans I have for you, plans for good and not evil, for a future and a hope.'

Keep in mind, good means good things that advance us with blessings as He gets the glory that we are to choose to give Him , and, a future simply speaks of your life on earth, your future doing good things for Him (Romans 8:28, YOU are 'called,' IF you've chosen Him :) ) , and, then, we get to 'hope,' we have the hope of eternal life in Christ Jesus, through justification of God's grace, through faith given us in choosing to believe His Son died on the cross and saved us from ALL our sins, past, present, and, future sins, ALL covered by His shed blood on the cross, becoming sin (Cursed is the man who hung on the tree, this is pastvtense, keep i mind, 'hung,' :) It is finished :) God BEAT Satan, we can by grace be saved, through faith--and, that (faith) is not of ourselves, it is a free gift of God, all we must do, like any present given us, is receive it :)

Do so receive by belief in Him, and, you will be singing this joyous song...

I've been redeemed (the price of my sins are PAID IN FULL by God's Son) by the blood of the Lamb (Jesus)..."

"....ere of the Holy Ghost (Spirit) I am, all my blood is under the Lamb, I've been redeemed." :)

Remember, turning your life over to Jesus is a process, takes time, keep seeking Him, and, feel NOT condemned, for He NEVER condemns you on earth. Only love, this is why He seeks YOU, He wants you with Him :)

There are so many people that think they have blown it, im too bad the lord cant forgive me, that is not so lift up your eyes and see the glory
of the Lord your redeemer, he longs for you to come home to him as you are, move forward in him, you are brought with a price, its not a
religious thing that you have to do it is peace and rest in his arms, he has his arms open and hand out waiting for you, dont let the world
dictate to you let him, he is your all in all, everything you need

Maybe, someone expects me to say I've shared the gospel a 100 times in the last month or shared it just yesterday, I don't know that I have done non-Christian witness telling of Jesus, the Lord has shown me many opportunities, and, sadly, I sometimes am not brave :(
But, I know His strength is perfect, perfected, in my weakness, and, His grace is sufficient. One of milady, pickled's favorite Scriptures, but, yes, I told the gospel to my nephew , this is simply speaking of Jesus, Christ peeps, as He leads, of God sending His Son to the world, to US ! WE, SINNERS, to make our relationship RIGHT with Him, to forgive us our sins.

That is ALL the gospel of Christ is, what He has on your heart to say of its beautiful simplicity, as you, His vessel, work for Him, remember, He convicts others to Him, we only SPEAK, He does the rest on the unbeliever's heart, with only conviction to have them realize we all sin but have a way through it , God's grace, His Son, Jesus :) .

Hmmm....
I think we should tell others the good news of Jesus Christ and God's great love act toward sinful mankind because we now know.

Now know what, green? We now know of His great act for us, God's 'gift' to us, better than any other gift EVER given us, of ALL gifts to come to us in the future on earth too.

Jesus! Oh, isn't there, something, oh, something so fragantly special about 'that' name ? :)

Because we NOW know it. Someone told us that most wonderful of all news, that put peace, like a river, in our soul. We, who believe in Him--with His 'spirited' leading, of grace, through faith of His giving bestowed us on earth--will not perish, but will have everlasting life :)

The Lord knows, schoolingyoungprophetsam, let God work, our faith can move mountains, God says we just need 'the faith of a mustard seed.'
God works through our 'measure' of faith He's given us, ways to labor with Him, not easy this toiling either, sometimes, is it?
God compares leading others to working in a field, the 'fields' are full of ripe, ready, harvest, non-Christians seeking Him, and, our job is simple, as He leads us: sow. For the day will come when you will reap great rewards for leading others to Him. Bringing others to Christ is what we are created for doing, as His creation, created for these works, the Great Commission stands true today, go where He 'calls,' and, NEVER condemn the sinner, for Jesus came to 'call' the sinner to repentance and to follow Him.

Matthew 9:13 But go and learn what this means: 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice.' For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."

God did not send His Son to condemn, but to call the unsaved (sinners) to repentance. Why is this, green? My best response is: God is love. :)

I also like 1 Sam. 15:22, it is better to obey the voice of the Lord than sacrifice, on the heels of 16:7, saying, 'Man looks at outward appearances but the Lord looks at the heart.'

Dropping everything does not necessarily mean-- and, not usually mean, ----getting rid all your worldly possessions, it COULD mean this, the Spirit works in ALL differently, His plans, but, yes, indeed, dropping everything and taking up our cross means making a 180 degree turn from (sinful) direction we were going. Again, God sees our heart, Christ peeps, so, be WILLING to drop everything, this, to me, is picking up our cross and following Him. Our willingness to let Him lead our lives means everything to our Christian walk, and, one can be sure, He will put your things that stand 'idol' to Him, through the refining fire, for God is the same today, as yesterday, as forevermore, for He knows 'idol' time is of the Devil.
One of the great benefits of telling others the gospel is God sees our willingness to work in this way and He uses us as a vessel, 'a pure vessel,' for tasks of greater and greater glory for Him, and, certainly, your heart will experience great reward/blessings, on earth as ut will be in Heaven, too, and, on our eternal stay on the new Earth, should be kept in mind too
:) .

But, your friend heard Jesus, He heard Him, the Lord leads, and, though you might think yoy know His heart you do not, we do not, God only can see our hearts, both the good and the bad of man, of which ALL we will be judged of at the great white throne before Jesus.
Be not troubled in spirit, youngsamschooledprophet, for, I bet, God worked that situation through in such a 'good' way that the results will be evident to ALL one day to you, your doing 'great,' keep on keeping on, plowing those 'fields,' for the 'great' work done, not seen now, at all, will one day be seen, as Heaven 'then' proclaims :)
I love this song by Ray Boltz, the incredible reality of angels, like you, in spirit, their spirit, in Heaven, coming up to you, Sam, and, saying, 'Thank you for giving..." :)

For those that like to give Ray Boltz a cursory, wicked glance, what He did is for us to forgive, abuse forgiven will draw 'great' mercy to you, forgive tjose who persecute you, but also perpetrate you, or, have in the past, even into the future, walk down life with forgiveness always in your heart, He is with you, always, never leaving, never forsaking you.
