TIS THE SEASON!

Joh 4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Psa 145:18 The LORD is nigh unto all them that call upon him, to all that call upon him in truth.

Truth as we know it is far gone from the pulpits today! And as the multitudes gather tonight and tomorrow to celebrate the birth of a savior they think saved then IN their sins, is blessing them with much prosperity, and has bestowed upon them the substitution sacrifice Jesus was supposed to have died to accomplish, as well as wiping out all their sins, past, present and future!
What could be more of a blessing and an attraction from the lost masses who only set foot in a church building every year around this time. They come far and wide, old and young, the sick and crippled, to hear the grand story about a Jesus that fits nicely into their lifestyle, asking them to do nothing but just believe in Him, feel sorry about their sin nature, and receive the best gift possible, saving them IN their sins and rebellion, keeping them still double minded and defiled in their hearts.
Many more with come to see all the pomp and circumstance, bright colors,, candles, gifts, holly and trees so bright, it takes away and drowns out the cry of the damned as they come and go, another year gone, another soul lost on the road to perdition!
Most will scoff at this message, calling this author evil, negative, and lost, but as the word rings true, the spirit of truth is lost, the lover of truth over pleasure is far gone, and worst of all the real Jesus Christ, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, who came to TAKE AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD, is brought down to a little baby in a manger, who is their minds came to take their place and wrath, as easy as one, two, three, they are now proclaimed to be a Christian, but all the lost souls who donned the doors of the bright and happy cathedrals is still lost, could care less about the real message and what that small baby in the manger actually did to die as a ransom on their behalf, to set them free from the corrupting influence of sin, and asks them to repent then serve and follow Him in spirit and truth on the narrow path that leads to life!
The hypocrites come in droves as they wallow in sin and worldliness, while the wolves in sheep’s clothing tell them all is well, Jesus loves them IN their sins, and has a wonderful plan for their lives, IF they just confess they sin, and accept the gift or covering for thier great hypocrisy and disobedience to the truth.
But no one wants to ruin the gay atmosphere brought on by beautiful music and festive parties with the real gospel according to godliness, telling the lost masses and professing churches to repent or perish, to depart from iniquity, to go and sin no more, to deny self and follow Christ by doing the deeds of obedience, which is a working dynamic faith in love!
This message I am afraid would not go over well in the multitudes of churches today! I can see many angry and unsettled souls storming out of the building in mass protest, as they trample on the precious blood of Christ, who is waiting patiently for now, for them to repent on the scale of Nineveh, seek His great mercy, and stop playing church, pretending all is well because the music and festivities is good, and makes them feel safe and secure, when they are standing on sinking sand!
Yes the truth is painful to many who profess to be of Christ, they scoff at the preaching of John the Baptist, who came to ruin the party, getting the lost and religious to wake up, repent, and prove their repentance by their deeds! He boldly proclaimed for them to cut the sin off at the root, and seek Gods mercy while there was still time left!
So come out from among her! Seek the Lord and His truth with all your heart while you still have breath, and cut through all the emotional hype the world craves this time of the year while they die in their sins and worldliness!
Isa 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
Isa 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
Jas 1:21 Therefore putting aside all filthiness and overflowing of evil, receive in meekness the implanted Word, which is able to save your souls.
Jas 1:22 But become doers of the Word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.
Jas 4:7 Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
Jas 4:8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, sinners; and purify your hearts, double-minded ones.
Jas 4:9 Be afflicted, and mourn and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to heaviness.
Jas 4:10 Be humbled before the Lord, and He will lift you up.
Imagine if these verses were stressed, not just on the holidays, but every day to all men everywhere, instead of the watered down tolerant message the masses flock to because it tickles their ears and asks them to do nothing especially repent and obey the gospel!
My prayer this time of the year is that many will wake up, seek the truth apart from the lies, and not let this holiday season blind them to the reality that many are lost unless the true gospel is preached far and wide, which will leave many church building’s vacant and quiet as many will protest against the Holy words of God!
