I just got this image of someone in my mind.

I picture them sitting there in front of their keyboard. Bored out of their mind. Needing some excitement and emotional stimulation.

What do they do?
Well they come to CC!

They find an explosive topic to post or bring up in chat.
They lob their figurative grenade into the pack of users/chatters, then they await the "excitement" to come as people rush in and jump on it.

In and of themselves, these things are folly.

We injure ourselves, and provide them the entertainment they wanted.

Not all grenades look like grenades. Hopefully with experience we get better at recognizing them, and the grenade camouflage makers.

Indeed. I'm sure there are many users that come here to do just that. To stir up as much chaos and get as much attention as they can.

They need prayer regardless of what their intentions are. We should be try to be as Christlike to them as we can.

i was just thinking if someone doesn't pick it up and toss the grenade back outside,

its going to make a mess of that group of cc chatters, rather anyone jumps on it or not.

would it be possible to stick the pin back in it?

I get the image of someone taking a rifle and seeing if anyone knows how to "dance"

or the more Biblical image of Satan shooting fiery darts at folks. sure hope people have their armor on.
