Hey all you Godly men.. I ask this.... Is the flesh stronger than the Spirit of God? Or does the Spirit of God go one way and the flesh the other.... If the flesh sin and the Holy Spirit is in the flesh does He sin with the flesh? Can a man of God, born of God still sin in the flesh and the Holy Spirit is also with the man in the flesh so the flesh actually beats TWO spirits to the punch?
Man your doctrine just does not make sence.... Is the Holy Spirit of God in your flesh? Do you have the Holy Spirit of God IN YOU. Are YOU IN HIM? what is in your flesh that can sin? If I take the spirit out of your flesh, can the flesh still sin. Because it is the Spirit that gives the SOUL life.
What sin in the flesh? the flesh cannot sin by himslef. It is just FLESH.... It has to be the FILTHY spirit and soul of the man that sin. Homewardbound why does God say that whosoever is born of God sinneth not... is there not ONE SINGLE man here on earth that sinneth not? Is there on man that CANNOT sin. Do not tell me the flesh sin and the person in the flesh does not? Flesh does not have a will of his own. I looked at many corpses, they do not sin! Theay have no spirit in them that CAN sin. Flesh only does what is in the heart. Sin does not start in the flesh it starts in the heart...
Look at this... Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
Now can I be a servant of God and sin? NEVER.... Sorry my man I just do not get it because you teach in circles... Did Jesus TAKE away your sin or not... If He did how can you still do them? And if He did not then you are still servant of sin and not servant of Jesus. As easy as that.
Either JEsus is in your flesh and you are holy, or He is not in your flesh and you serve SIN. That is all and that is clear and the only sence there is. This mumbo that he will still fight for you when you died as a sinner, is JUNK. Jesus removes you from sin here and sin from you here on earth. That is the difference between sinners and God's children.... One lot sins and the other CANNOT.
Thank you Cobus, you are just who you are and I am just who I am
Amazing Cobus, how you used the carnal nature, to sin no more, and oh boy, I would not ever want to sin again, after even being born again as well as before. Being told to not sin anymore, as you just said one can’t is ludicrous, for you still sin whether a little or a lot, sin is sin no matter how little or small. I think everyone that is ever truly born again has sinned again afterwards in being born again. No one is exclusive of the perfect one Jesus Christ. Just as you have, and still sin I have, Paul had, Peter had, and John had, even after being born again, they all had sinned again whether a little or a lot, I see little, enough to keep them humble whenever needed to be humbled Why? Our flesh nature is not redeemed and yet, they all were and are born again, in Spirit not the flesh, until literal death. So Paul and all exclaimed consider while here alive now in the physical, reckon thyself dead to that imperfect flesh tent you are in. And so walk as he walked, as best you can, and are given to from God to do, by Faith
Romans 8:23 And not only
they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves,
waiting for the
adoption,
to wit, the redemption of our body.
Is our bodies, flesh redeemed? And if they were redeemed, think I, you or anyone in a redeemed body would need God?
2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said unto
me, My
grace is
sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon
me.

Philippians 3:10-21
Authorized (King James) Version (AKJV)
[SUP]10 [/SUP]that I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; [SUP]11 [/SUP]if by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead
. [SUP]12 [/SUP]Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. [SUP]13 [/SUP]Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, [SUP]14 [/SUP]I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. [SUP]15 [/SUP]Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. [SUP]16 [/SUP]Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.
[SUP]17 [/SUP]Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. [SUP]18 [/SUP](For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping,
that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: [SUP]19 [/SUP]whose end
is destruction, whose God
is their belly, and
whose glory
is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) [SUP]20 [/SUP]For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: [SUP]21 [/SUP]who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
