I've downloaded a pic but can't get it to show up when my name comes up on threads. what am I doing wrong?

When I downloaded mine, the next page come up and said that it was not working and my file did not post. When I went to the threads, it was there and it was working so I don't know what was going on because there is was! You may just have to dink with it until it does work. That is what I do. Somebody here hopefully will give you better directions that I can.
