So I am not meaning to single anyone out here, anyone can post and read. But to all you who are waiting for the rapture to happen and are excitedly hoping for it any day now I would like to say a few things.
First off It is good that you are watching and waiting as the Lord commanded, as you know the desire to go home and be with our Lord Jesus keeps us looking to the sky with hope. But I have this to say, don't wear yourself out. I have seen many people focus so much on his taking us that they wear themselves out spiritually and lose focus of being with God here on earth. Now we should be aware of course but our main focus should be in growing in our relationship with God. Because for everyday the rapture does not happen that is one more day to grow closer to him and deepen our love for him.:]
And I have met people also who ask why he has not taken us yet as he promised. well if you think of it this way maybe you will understand. If he were to take us now when say a friend or sibling was not saved but might have had the chance if the rapture did not happen but the rapture happened then they could not go. Last year if god had raptured everyone I would not have been able to go. God wants to save every last person that he can before he takes us, so we have to try to understand why he has not done it yet.
So for now keep looking up but enjoy your time with family and friends an growing closer to God on earth while you can, God rewards a patient heart:]
