A: No. Jesus has existed in eternity past with the father in heaven. No flesh and blood can enter heaven. The Lord was manifested among us in the flesh so that he could do the Fathers will and die for our sins.

A:Heaven and paradise refer to the same place. Purgatory is a made of story tale from the catholic church.
There's no scripture on the comparison of words.

Could you explain the gifts of the Spirit???

A: 1Corinthians12. Paul lists 9 gifts. Wisdom, knowledge, faith, healing, miracles, prophecy, discerning of spirits, divers kinds of tongues, interpretation of tongues. All by the same Spirit. We all have the ability to move in these gifts to one extent or another. Only for the Glorification of Christ and edification of the church.

The gifts aren't cheap parlor tricks.

Should Christians consult with a doctor and taste medicine???

A: There's no commandment that states that. So it would fall under the personal liberty of that Christian to do so or not.

What does it mean to pray in Jesus' name?

A: When you pray in Jesus name you pray with a full recognition of the sin he cleansed before Him.
If your a murderer you pray to the Father with full acknowledgement and admittance of your sin and faith that his Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, has taken care of it.

John 14:13 And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Does Satan know what I am thinking?

A: No, Satan can't read your thoughts. But he and his demons know how to make man fall and how to entice man and what the flesh wants.


Is it permissible to pray more than once for something?

A: You can. But if you don't get an answer right away that prolly tells you something about the motives you have for whatever your asking for.

James 4:3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts.

Can Christians be possessed???

A: No, but a christian can be oppressed.

What should I say to two people who got a divorce, remarried, and are now aware of what the bible teaches???

A: Nothing. Leave them be. If they need help they'll ask for help.

If you Truly want the answers to these questions you need to start new threads with each question by itself. putting all your question in one post is not wise, because it would take more then one post to adequately answer each question. At best you will receive short answers to each question. i suggest starting a thread with each one of your questions.

If I understand you correctly, no, I don't think he died spiritually. Jesus is God in flesh. God didn't die. And even if he wasn't God in flesh, I believe his spirit lived on, even when his body died.

The word "purgatory" is not in my Bible.

I think you will find heaven is what your life is when you repent of your sin:

From that time Jesus began to preach, saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." Matt 4:17 RSV

I think paradise is heaven.

No, not necessarily, but I think this concept causes trouble. I think some people think they have a particular gift, and they let it go to their heads. Next think you know, they are so vain that you don't want to be around them.

I would assume that he does, because he is the one tempting us to sin, and he's pretty good at it:

Now the serpent was more subtle than any other wild creature that the LORD God had made. Gen 3:1a RSV

I wouldn't say anything. The divorce wasn't really a divorce, if they remained chaste in between their two marriages.
