One of the earliest known forms of writing is the cuneiform or sand script which emerged in the late fourth millennium BC and was probably developed by the Sumerians. The time of the flood was roughly around 1656 - 1657th year after creation. The Sumerians did not appear as a nation until around 3500 BC. According to Genesis 11:2 they began began as a nation by settling in the plains of Shi-nar. This was some time after the event of the Tower of Babble which was about 250 years after the flood. One would suppose that the emergence of the cuneiform writing would not occur until the Sameritians had become a more socially developed nation which would take some time. So, the earliest form of written language we know anything about did not even begin to be developed until many years after the flood.
No offence to you at all brother, but I have sat under educated men and took hook line and sinker every word only to find out later that they all have error somewhere. I do not believe nor will I take any date and or modern view of secular history and what it teaches about anything as most dates and times are the result of circular reasoning and men who think they know all because they have a piece of paper on the wall that states that they know something.

God has made foolish the wisdom of the word and Satan has attempted to dilute, pollute and re-write history as well as the minds of men through deceit, deception and views that are put forth by worldly men.

Most people will regurgitate what they learned at some secular college while sitting under men such as the (ACID GURU) college professor that was in California. So dates and times and carbon dating mean nothing to me when it comes to before the flood as God thru Peter tells us that the world that then was perished by flood which changes all geology on the planet, not to mention the changes in the atmosphere, temps, and all traces of what men had the ability to do before the flood.

This is in all due respect to you and your beliefs and I mean no ill will or nor am I being mouthy brother :)

Fair enough. I feel very much the same way myself. Would you be willing to accept the timeline at it is represented in the text itself?

Ok. I will send you what I have developed strictly from the biblical narrative that provides a timeline from the point of creation to the death of Joseph. This timeline is easy to trace up to this point but after the death of Joseph it is no so closely documented.

Yes I have and I think there is good reason to believe that this book should be relied upon as possible the oldest of all books and the first written book of Gods word. Jude suggests and affirms that Enoch was a prophet if you understand the rigorous requirements that the Jewish community had to confirm someone as a prophet this one sentence authoritated the entire book of Enoch 1 ...,and this book as part of the main teaching of Jewish community of that time. Again since western Christianity can simply not accept the Books found in the same cave as Exedus and Dueteronomy also two of the oldest book then that is unfortunate.

It's like man sitting in the middle of the flooding river, and prays to God for help and turns away the boat, barge, and helicopter and then complains that God did not help him. God tells him when he dies I did help you I sent a boat, barge, and helicopter and each time why did you not accept them.

Western Chritians need to pray a lot more about these books in Quman before dismissing them like the masses.

According to Enoch he was taken to heaven to deliver a message to the population to turn from their ways, and for 200 years He was 165 yrs old at that time he was then finally taken to heaven when he was 365. That is all Gen. Confirms the last part.

History says that it was apostle John who canonized the new testament. If these books were necessary for us to read, of course John would have added it with the scripture that we have in our hand.
Enoch and Jubilees are OT Jewish books they have been around through the ages but were date confirmed when cave 4 of Qumran was discovered in the 40s&50s. And the NT was not canonized until 330AD under the commission of Constantine the apostle John was long since gone by that time.
