Does anyone know the significance of this chapter?

I think the Holy Spirit showed me this tonight, but I'm not 100% sure what it means.

David_1, what do you think it means, and do you think it relates to Matthew 16:19? Just wondering.....the Scripture in Matthew is a much debated Scripture with many different interpretations, and cause of many discussions.

To be honest I don't know, which is why I made the thread. It still puzzles me. I think it must relate to the keys of the kingdom.
