Hi, firstly is there anything unchristian about watching the movie Jesus Christ Superstar from 1973. Secondly, in that movie Jesus cries out when he is healing the leapers dont crowd me, there is too many of you i cant heal you all. And at the end Judas appears wearing white with women dressed in white singing. Does that mean Judas was absolved from his suicide and how close to the bible was the movie?

Was he sinless, born of a virgin, all powerful, crucified for our sins, rose bodily from the dead etc.? From what you have already mentioned he sounds like an Age of Aqurarius jesus...another jesus.
I was too strung out in '73 to have seen the movie/play.

Absolutely not.
Jesus is way cooler and the gospel is way more light-hearted than religion reflects.
He has a sense of humor, and knows how to rock and roll.

Remember, He's alive and well and orchestrating the last 2000 years behind the scenes, as a witness against all nations -

[SUP]7 [/SUP]And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is true, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth;
[SUP]8 [/SUP]I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name.
