ok so one time God filled me with his glory and i wanted to know is it OK to ask for glory and is it his will for us to pray for it, its just that once i felt it i want it like all the time, not just that but in this same blessing i fell that its means i met some kind of standard i could be wrong about that but just having God give us some glory??? is that so bad to ask for...

dont intrept that wrong i dont want to replace Jesus or anything vain but im talking about glory splendor and honor....

im not trying to interpert that wrong... i thought that might be what you were saying...... wouldnt you want jesus to have all the glory instead of yourself???

yes but he shares his glory with us by faith and more particulary understading..stadning..standing.. but yeah i never expeced much but once that i got a peice of it i want, desire it and just want to know if its just something the Lord gives or if it can be prayed for

I think you're talking about the Holy Spirit. If you feel joy and happiness and like there is a fire inside you, that's the Holy Spirit. Glory means honor and praise. Glory goes up ^

sorry guys i dont think theses anyone who could guess what im talking about or know once i told them but i think somes got to know if glory is something that can be given if asked for

I agree, I think what you're feeling is joy and happiness from having Jesus in your life and by obeying the Holy Spirit, you will get that feeling. At least that's what I feel when I obey...

"glory goes up"..not really, I think you're thinking about worship. Glory means simply the manifestation of God's presence.

Yes you can ask for it and God can give it. We're actually supposed to seek it often as Paul commanded "be filled with the Spirit". I think that's the kind of glory yagar is talking about. The word glory in a secular sense can be mean "to boast" and when we glorify something like God, we boast about Him. God will also glorify us which is sort of like a pat on the back for a good life lived, kept the faith etc, I think.

Yes we can ask for God's glory which is simply His manifest presence in our lives and that's what He wants everyone to do.

yes we should ask for it even though we dont deserve it we are supposto be the light in this world an having gods glory would be noe of the ways

is it ok to just pray for the glory, its talking about getting wisdom and the reward is glory
