Love can be an action. Love can not act also when thats the best thing for the object it loves.
true nature? i dont understand that unless you mean its attributes. I cor 13 shows a tad of its attributes.

Love can be expressed but true love doesnt have a thing to do with our imperfections ...unless you mean in our imperfections we the more seem to long for expressing true love for its beauty and perfections.

I'm probably just thinking like that because of a recent break-up.
But honestly, God's love is true.
From my limited experience, love between a man and a woman is 50% attraction, 50% compatibility, and 100% effort. Even if attraction or compatibility fail, enough effort can be put in to bring it up to 100% and make a great relationship.

Love is like limitless water, it takes on many forms. Each man is like a glass. No matter what shape, what size, and what thickness of the cup is. Water always surrounds the depths, fits the shape, and overflows abundantly.

heard a pastor say one time that the world's version of love is always agreeing with me, never saying anything negative, telling me every idea is a good idea, and saying if I do wrong it is o.k. Gods true love for us says you are not always right, you are messing up so stop messing up and turn to me. God loves us enough to hurt our feelings so we will turn to him.
