So.... my sister who has encountered Ghosts in her room showed me something that kind of freaks me out. you see she listens to pretty much everything her bus driver says and he is into some really weird stuff, talking about how her soul has the power of fire or something like that. and he gave her some instructions to keep things away and well... it seems satanic to me but I wanted to know for sure. so here it is titled: Spell to make Ghosts exit rooms, first grab apple. second take apple to the middle of the room and hold apple out and turn starting with north, south east west. third put apple in the middle of room and cut it into four slices. then pick it up holding all sides and say to the power of that B( whatever that means) to the power of that b set this room free.
Drop apple and bury seed.

any ideas?

1. There aren't any ghosts.
2. Play with apples all that you like. Unless you eat them they have NO powers whatsoever.

This sounds like a basic use of what Druids called the "Spirit Bowl," or what the Native Americans truly meant by the "Dreamcatcher." Both are uses of what might be considered witchcraft. Most exorcists and ministers accept the use of Sage smudging, since the idea behind it in Christian tradition is symbolic to the idea of the smoke representing the Holy Spirit entering a space. But, at the very least, I would say stop her, and instead bless the room.

HUGE PIECE OF ADVICE:
When you are blessing the room, talk to no entities, and DO NOT ASK ANY SPIRIT WHO IT IS OR WHAT THEIR NAME IS!!!! I cannot emphasize that enough!

That is basic witchcraft. If she does that she may get some peace from the ghost but in the end she has dug a deeper hole for herself.

John, that is some bad advice. Ghosts are simply demons and I have seen ghosts.

That's exactly what I said! I said that even the devil can cast out demons, and said she may be safe from Ghosts right now but something much worse may replace it.

I tried to deal with my ghost problem in a similar way and it at first got better and then got worse. You can't put a band aid on a festering wound when it needs to be lanced open and dealt with properly.

I guess the Bus driver just making up stuff, just to relax her from being afraid.

The Bible says the demons cannot cast out demons. That is where the whole "a house divided cannot stand" came from. Only the power of Christ can remove demons.

That being said, ghosts, as in the spirits of those that have died and are lingering or haunting this earth, do not exist, but demons do and, yes, they do take on the appearance of people and make people think that ghosts exist. However, remember that Christ is stronger than any demonic powers. Those that are His need not fear. We also must remember that some demons can only be cast out through prayer and fasting.

The spirits/souls of the dead are not on this earth.

And, just in case no one believes me about the 'demons can't cast out demons' thing, it's in Mark chapter 3:

20 Then Jesus entered a house, and again a crowd gathered, so that he and his disciples were not even able to eat. 21 When his family[b] heard about this, they went to take charge of him, for they said, “He is out of his mind.”


22 And the teachers of the law who came down from Jerusalem said, “He is possessed by Beelzebul!By the prince of demons he is driving out demons.”

I don't know. Demons must love to mess with humans. They must see people performing their rituals, saying silly words, pointing fruit in different directions and burying seeds and point and laugh at humanity's stupidity at trying to get rid of them. They only have power over people who let them have that power. They only respond to those rituals because they know people love to swallow lies with a bit of truth. Only Jesus Christ and his righteous blood has the power to thwart true evil.

If that bus driver would had told her something Biblical. he could get fired. So he told her something simple to ease her mind.
