Are you or someone you know a follower of the likes of Joel Osteen, Kenneth Hagin, Joyce Meyer, Kenneth Copeland, Creflo Dollar, Benny Hinn, or T. D. Jakes etc? This film takes a responsible look at the major doctrines which separate this movement from historic biblical Christianity. Its origins and errors are documented with evidence and fact. Feel free to upload this film to your channel and please pray for the repentance and salvation of the false teachers critiqued in this film as well as those who follow them.

Introduction
Section 1.) Are we little gods? 6:39
Section 2.) Preaching a Different Jesus 1:06:10
Section 3.) Declaring Health, Wealth, and Happines 1:58:24
Section 4.) Questionable Origins of the Movement 2:45:00
Conclusion

....

a little under 3 hours.

for any wanting a thorough examination; comparison with scripture, this is worth it.
better than 3 hours of junk tv:rolleyes:

What is important for discussion, as well as understanding, is delineating between what is doctrinal differences and real false teaching.

It's important to keep in mind, God uses wealth in some's lives and for us to judge that usage is a grave error, indeed, for our work in teaching others about loving our Christian brothers and sisters DESPITe their differences from our believing of doctrine .

Again, we are in the same foundation--Jesus Christ--building our lives up, increasing our faith as we go along 'planting' and 'watering' the Word into others lives, as He leads us.

The Lord leads. :)

And, there is a wealth of health in our lives ,I can just guaranteed it, IF you follow Him. It's good you do, too, read John 21:22 :)

Psalm 82:5“The ‘gods’ know nothing, they understand nothing.They walk about in darkness;
all the foundations of the earth are shaken.

6“I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High.’
7But you will die like mere mortals;
you will fall like every other ruler.”

John 10:34 Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods” ’ ? 35 If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside— 36 what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? 37 Do not believe me unless I do the works of my Father. 38 But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

If you are born from a human father, makes you human. But if you were born from God....
Only thing they're doing that's offensive, is they are serving mammon.

says, "Riches are called by the name of a devil, namely Mammon, for Mammon is the name of a devil, by which name riches are called according to the Syrian tongue." Piers Plowman also regards Mammon as a deity. Nicholas de Lyra (commenting on the passage in Luke) says: "Mammon est nomen daemonis" (Mammon is the name of a demon).

I agree with your 100 %. Been through all that and more.
Also, once they click on and go to that link on YouTube they
will find many more versions, shorter than 3 hours that does
expose what your are conveying. Thanks for bringing that on.

The WOF movement is indeed heretical to the core, no doubt about it. I remember people talking about it in my home church when I was a teenager. I also knew people who believed it & taught it. It influenced many people in my denomination because of the instant success televangelists were having with it. It spread like wildfire throughout Pentecostal denominations, but not everybody believed it. I confess I was startled to find leaders that I respected & admired getting hooked on it. This & some other things in Pentecostalism brought such change in my life to the point that I had NO mentors in my life as I grew up in the Lord. It forced me to question Pentecostalism, & through thorough investigation & prayer I concluded that the original movement was for real, yet like many revivals before it, started true & alive, but slowly evolved into manifestations of the flesh. There are still some true Pentecostals & charismatics around, but they, like other denominations, are becoming fewer & fewer.

This goes deeper than doctrinal differences. This is a pull away from trusting in the living God unto coveteousness/idolatry, even to the point of setting ourselves alongside God.

Colossians 3:5-6 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry:
For which things' sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience:

I was introduced to this horrible heresy in the early 1980's by a friend. I read Hagan's and Copeland's books and I felt very disconcerted about what they were writing. It was just so wrong.

I am 1 hour into the video, and it reminds me of why I hate this heresy so much. They demean the glory of God. It is not about what I think, but what these teachers, including current ones are saying about God. That we are equal to him? Never in a trillion years! I know I am just a sinner, saved by grace.

Just like the Mormon girl who was here this week. I told her I am not a god, don't want to be a god and never will be a god. I feel that is the Biblical truth. I notice she is not around, after she sent me a PM trying to convince me of this heresy.

I have to wonder how much the Word Faith people were deceived by the Mormons? Or did Satan just implant this lie into different minds?

Anyway, I thank you for reminding me what is so wrong about the Word Faith heresy. I know there are some in this forum who believe this garbage. I pray they will watch it, and realize the error of their ways. Someone on another thread was telling me that I needed to appropriate who I was in God and claim healing or something or other. I will direct them to this video, and pray that they will watch it and realize the that God is sovereign and there are no other gods, big G or little g!

And I look forward to seeing what other things they refute in this LONG video! Just joking you, Zone!

Blain, watch it in sections, like Zone has divided above. Once a day, makes it a lot shorter. It is very important, because there are people on this site who believe these lies.

It is important, because these are the TV preachers who steal money from poor people because these preachers lie and tell the poor people that they will get rich. They lie about miracles and healing. They do crazy things, like laughing and falling down, with people there to catch them in white shirts.

Being informed about what is going on in North American Christianity is very important! Because you don't want to get deluded by it!

I don't need to watch a video to know the truth of Christianity. And I am not going to get deluded by anyone either, If I need to know something I go to God for it not a preacher. Before I believe in something I make sure God is okay with it, I do not fall for those people who supposedly perform healings and miracles like BAM on the head and their healed. there are many false healers and teachers who claim things and pretend to be holy but absolutely love their money donations saying it's for God but only use it to fatten themselves. in my opinion if someone can truly heal they would not make a video of it or go on live t.v. to show it. Oh I know of these things and more, and no video taught me this I have seen it. I go to church and listen to the preachers teachings, but I only take to heart what I know God says is true. anything else I go to God in deep study. other than that I do not listen to any other person such as these men for teachings of God, this is why I do not know these men
