As saved believers, we are always filled with the Spirit which is why we are accountable in this corruptible flesh of what we sow towards: the works of teh flesh or the fruits of the Spirit. There is no other supernatural filling of the Spirit to seek after but keeping our minds on good things & His words for our spiritual growth. Our testimony of being filled is our testimony of having been saved.

Matthew 5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

John 6:35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

Matthew 9:17 Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

Colossians 2:5 For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of your faith in Christ. 6 As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7 Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. 8 Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:

Ephesians 1:17 That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: 18 The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19 And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20 Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21 Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23 Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.

So we are always filled with the Spirit as it is our exhortation to remain filled with the fruit of the Spirit of temperance which is self control rather than to be drunk with wine wherein there is always more to feed that sin which is a work of the flesh. That is the meaning & application of Ephesians 5:18.

Ephesians 5: [SUP]18 [/SUP]And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;

There is no MAtthew 7:37? Sorry Apostle give us the verse you refer too please...
And there is only one FILLING with the Holy Spirit.... The measure, stature and fulness of Christ Jesus HIMSELF...

Enow, how is a sinner filled with the Holy Spirit? I do not understand this... It is like wesay a glass is filled with air, but there is still water in it? If there is one drop of water in the glass I cannot say it is FILLED with air? If a person is FILLED with the Holy Spirit there is NO OTHER SPIRIT IN THAT PERSON.... Filled with Holy Spirit is FULL OF HOLY SPIRIT... not 99% Holy Spirit and 1 % whatever other spirit...

For me when God says FILLED with Holy Spirit, it means FILLED WITH GOD'S SPIRIT.... And then there is not a grain of other spirit there... And you say God will not put a NEW spirit in an old vessel... you are correct....

Look here.... Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Here in 2 Cor 5 we see that things are not made new,,, they have been made new.... ALL is made new... DONE....

Look here the sinning spirit we had, we CRUCIFIED by FOLLOWING the Holy Spirit.... The Holy Spirit is NOT IN YOU, when you FOLLOW Him.... He is in you when God puts only HIS SPIRIT IN YOU...This only happens at teh END of sanctification... God does not put His Spirit in a fleshly body with a sinning spirit.... He just communicate with the sinning spirit in the conscince of the sinning spirit.... That sinning spirit then will repent and turn from sin, to God by the LEAD of the Holy Spirit.... And if the sinning spirit ENDURE to the end of the sin in that spirit.... Then that spirit DIED TO THE OLD MAN...Then God puts a NEW SPIRIT in that man... HIS!!!! Then that man only has the Holy Spirit in that man and that Holy Spirit CANNOT sin. ALL is made new... even the flesh is quickened for HIS GLORY...

The gift of the spirit dont forget. Mathew 7:37
One can seek a gift of the Spirit from the Lord Jesus Christ, the only Mediator between God & man. 1 Timothy 2:5 If a believer climbs up another way and ask the Holy Spirit for the gifts of tongues, then they will get a stranger's voice which comes with no interpretation.

John 10:1Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. [SUP]2 [/SUP]But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep.
[SUP]3 [/SUP]To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
[SUP]4 [/SUP]And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
[SUP]5 [/SUP]And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
[SUP]6 [/SUP]This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
[SUP]7 [/SUP]Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
[SUP]8 [/SUP]All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
[SUP]9 [/SUP]I am the door:

The whole point of prayer is for the Father to be glorified in the Son because it is the Son's sole duty to answer prayers.

John 14:[SUP]6 [/SUP]Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.....[SUP]13 [/SUP]And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. [SUP]14 [/SUP]If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Even the fruits of the Spirit are from Jesus Christ.

Philippians 1:[SUP]6 [/SUP]Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:....[SUP]11 [/SUP]Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

So even the words of the Father are now the words of the Son as He is our Good Shepherd leading us through the Holy Spirit in us.

John 16:[SUP]13 [/SUP]Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14[SUP] [/SUP]He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. [SUP]15 [/SUP]All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

So Who gets the credit & the glory? Our Bridegroom, the Son of God. That is Whom the Holy Spirit seek to give the credit & glory to & those led by the Spirit of God & His words will be doing the same thing.

Those that are wayward needs to go before that throne of grace for His help to narrow their focus back to the Bridegroom in living that reconciled relationship with God thru Jesus Christ because the Bridegroom will be coming soon for the chaste repentant bride.

There is no Matthew 7:37. Not sure why you posted that. I did not referenced it. Is this a typo in your quote?

Sorry Apostle give us the verse you refer too please...

I agree with you. That is what the OP was about: dispelling the notion of that question of the thread.

Enow, how is a sinner filled with the Holy Spirit?
When they trust Jesus Christ.

Ephesians 1:[SUP]12 [/SUP]That we should be to the praise of his glory, who first trusted in Christ. [SUP]13 [/SUP]In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, [SUP]14 [/SUP]Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. [SUP]15 [/SUP]Wherefore I also, after I heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus, and love unto all the saints,

Hebrews 11:1Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. [SUP]2 [/SUP]For by it the elders obtained a good report........[SUP]6 [/SUP]But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Galatians 3:[SUP]14 [/SUP]That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith....[SUP]26 [/SUP]For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

Yes. I agree with you. So does the Biblical references in the OP.

This is hard to understand, but if I get your meaning: several points of contentions stands out.

#1) We are accountable to Christ Jesus for what we sow towwards: the fruits of the Spirit or the works of the flesh. These warnings & exhortations are not given to non-believers, but believers seeking to abide in Him as His disciples by His help & by His grace. One does not need to seek another filling of the Spirit because there is no other filling as the OP addressed this. So I agree with you earlier that when one is filled with the Spirit, he is filled with the Spirit always.

#2) I follow the Son of God Whom is my Good Shepherd, that guides me through the Holy Spirit in me. Whenever the Bible states believers as led by the Spirit of God, it is with the understanding that my eyes are on the Bridegroom at that throne of grace for help in times of need to follow Him as that is Whom the Holy Spirit is pointing me towards in living this reconciled relationship with God thru Jesus Christ, the Bridegroom as we are to be the "chaste" bride in relating to God thru. So my eyes are not on the Holy Spirit: my eyes are on Whom the Holy Spirit is pointing me to do and that is in following the Son. That is what pastors & His disciples should be doing as well: pointing others to the Son: not to the Holy Spirit because the real indwelling Holy Spirit would never lead a believer to do that but keep that spotlight on the Son.
